I frequently shop at this store and normally have a high opinion in regards to Home Depot. I recently shopped here and found that Home Depot has allowed Vivint solar reps walking around and annoying customers. Sales reps are annoying enough but Vivint reps are on another level. I was approached, I politely declined and walked on, they followed me, I said I was not interested, they kept following me telling me about “how it is really cool though”, so I kept walking to avoid them. It’s annoying when you are in a store and approached by sales reps when you want to get your items and move on with your day. Home Depot is great, Vivint solar reps can go home.

The people are always very helpful. Lately it's been a lot more busy, so sometimes it's hard to find someone to help, but once I do they always answer my questions well. And they let me check out at returns because that's the side I park on, which is nice.

The personalized care and service I received when buying a Christmas present for my husband, was above and beyond the norm. Those that helped me did not act annoyed or impatient at all, especially at this busy time of year. They were prompt in helping me find what I was looking for and figuring it all out, and then in helping me load the big heavy item in my vehicle. And they were cheerful the whole time!. It was a very pleasant experience.

Friendly employees and very helpful. Great prices on materials. Often, good sales.

Provo Home Depot store is the best one in the state of Utah. They always have what I'm looking for.

The employees at this Home Depot made purchasing 28 bags of Sakrete simple for a single individual! I pulled up at the pickup loading doors, parked my truck, walked into the first register, paid for the Sakrete, the cashier helped me with my coupon, I was done in one minute paying, and walked out with a pro loader named Kenny who helped load my entire truck. And when kenny was finished helping me, he asked me if there was anything else he could do? I thought wow! If every store was only like this! Kenny is the best!

In my experience, staff members are always very helpful at this Home Depot store. They take the time to help and guide you with what's needed.

I talked to a LOT of workers asking for help(first time homebuyer) and every person was extremely helpful, knew what they were talking about and went above and beyond to help me out and walk with me to pick out exactly what I needed and talk me through tips and suggestions for my house and what I would need!! Excellent customer service. I feel comfortable going back because I know they’ll take care of me.

So ---Now after filling out the form I find the ending date of the drawing is past. So why did the employee encourage me to enter???????

As far as the Garden Dept. goes, excellent service. Ara was very friendly and helpful! Dept. manager, too! I'll definitely go back whenever in Provo. :)

The customer service desk associate quickly led me to the right spot and called just the right guy to meet me. Devin showed up and was friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. He showed me what I was looking for and went the extra mile by showing another better option which I chose and am happy with. Kudos to Devin.

I really like how you had plenty of choices for the home improvement services and products provided. Also, I got good quality products for the prices I paid.

The store has friendly employees and regularly surprises me with their offerings. I went there to find a board that I could paint with chalkboard paint and they already had one there that was pre-painted for me!

I was not happy with their pricing and delivery method of their carpet and pad. found it to be high priced and the install option is not very convenient (8 weeks out). I will still shop here for some things but I do not see a future purchase of flooring at Home depot.

This store no longer support the military. Those Whom put aside there own lives to support us. I used to bragg about this store setting aside some falts becouse of there support. No more

I recently purchased a new furnace/central air unit and was totally lost as to what filter replacements to purchase. Mike C. walked me through all the options, and gave me some great advice on maintenance. He really took the time to make sure I purchased what I needed, and knew how to use it to get the most out of my AC.

Overall the store is average. I'm a mom with small kids and the only person who's been very helpful EVERY time I go is one of the loaders named Kenny. Normally, employees aren't too helpful when I go but Kenny has always been kind and helpful when I need stuff in the mini van.

Customer service is non existent at Home Depot. We had to wait 30 minutes to find an employee to help us with appliances. The Home Depot delivery services are terrible. They told us the wrong time for delivery, and when we called them on it they refused to come back and deliver the appliance. We asked for a refund and they said they would give us a refund, but after a month we are still waiting for the refund. I will never shop at Home Depot again.

I shop frequently at the Provo Home Depot. The staff is super, I can usually find what I need without help (thanks to the internet that tells me what Aisle and Bay), but when I need assistance, there is nearly always someone close by who asks if I need help before I have to find them. The store is clean and well organized.

I would like to thank the customer service group at the Provo Utah store for their help with my tile order! There was a problem with my order when i got there to pick it up. The customer service employees help to make everything right. We had to go to the Lindon Utah store to pick up the rest of my order and there we were helped by young man named Cole. Cole was an exceptional help going above and beyond and 103 Heat to help us.

We were glad to shop at 8:30 am on one of the hottest July days. Found a large selection of washers in several styles and broad price range. Our sales lady carol,from afternoon beforewas very knowledgeable on the manufacturer and the advantages of each size and style. Helped us figure out what would fill our particular needs. A good experience!
