CUDOS TO ALISA CLOUTIER (flooring specialist) who was juggling several customers at a time (us included) while others (even when asked for help), did nothing.

I went to Home Depot in Provo, UT and bought a plant and some soil. I was doing the self checkout and Lisa helped me with the plant because it wasn’t scanning at first. I appreciated her help. I’ve been before and whenever I encounter an employee with a question, they always help me to the point of satisfaction. Great store in Provo. Great employees.

We bought a fridge and it was delayed by over two months. But every time we talked to an associate, they made it right and helped us through the process.

The employee's are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about their areas. The store usually has what I want. Lately not so much. I attribute this to the supply chain shortages in the US going on right now. The major negative I have is the aisles are blocked with displays and merchandise. This makes it extremely difficult to maneuver in the store or pass another customer coming in the opposite direction. It also is a major safety hazard. I am a retired government employee who dealt with fire and safety issues. Evacuation of this store in case of a fire could cause injury or worse. Please clean up your aisles for the safety of your customers as well as your employee's. Thank you

As a local electrican/handyman, I LOVE this store and location. The employees are great/helpful, they keep the shelves stocked, and I keep coming back. Thank You for doing such a great job!

Walked in with my son and had a couple questions about materials for a science project. Corbin took the time to help answer our questions and helped us save some money by using some culled wood and materials (probably not great for home stuff but perfect for the science project). Very happy with the help we received at this store.

As a local electrician, handyman, and home owner in Utah County, I absolutely love this Home Depot. They run a clean compared to many other HD's and the employees are helpful and overall seem to enjoy their jobs.

I paid 4,599 for my floors to be installed. Only to find out 2 weeks later that they couldn’t install my floors until January 23rd 2022. It is Oct. 14 today. Now I’m supposed to wait that long with a room full of supplies. They should have informed me of at least an estimated time of completion. Also they want to charge me a restocking fee if I cancelled of 15%. I am so upset!!

In the appliance department, we were greeted and given excellent service by Talmage and Belle.

The first 2 employee's I saw were 2 young lady's in the garden section, they were busy on their cell phones and chatting. I stood for awhile with them trying not to notice me, then asked if they could tell me were a certain product was. They just said it's not in garden and to find someone else on the main floor. I would have left, but Amanda came up to us and not only took us to the right place, she opened a register and checked us out, being genially friendly and treated us like oud friends. This act of kindness will bring us back again.

James, in the window department, ROCKS!!! I had spent endless hours looking online and at stores for an identical replacement for my cracked window. I brought a panel in, and he was able to customize it to be a perfect match, dimensions, material, double pane, obscure glass, left hand open, automatic locks, same type of "white" color, etc. He was helpful, educational, and NOT pushy. If you need windows, find James.

This Provo store has the most friendly and helpful employees of any in Utah Valley. Always a good experience to shop here. If you happen to be remodeling or building a new kitchen, Stephanie Lindloff in Kitchen Design is incredible. From taking our ideas from concept to design, to helping select cabinet models and colors, to giving us the best possible price, her service is unsurpassed, and we are extremely pleased with all she was able to do for us. This is a complimentary service, I don't know why anyone would go anywhere else for their new kitchen!

Kirsten took terrific care of me. Home Depot routinely does a great job. They could use some work on inventory control, but their people are great.
