Last trip had to sort and clean up 2 racks of lumber which frustrating as it was - I was almost done when store employee made me move out of them and forklifts way. I was so frustrated at that point I left a bucket full of misc products and cart of sorted lumber behind and walked out of the store

I love the Provo Home Depot! All of the employees are extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. This location always has what I need in stock or something comparable. I’ve never had a negative experience!

I've been going to this Home Depot for about 20 years. I know it pretty darn well since I need supplies about 5 times a week. While Home Depots are great, it is the people that make them extra great. This Home Depot has some of the best, friendliest folk you'll find. It hasn't always been that way so I have appreciated the management efforts over the past five years.

I love Home Depot !! But I sure get tired of the dam dogs running all over the store. There needs to be a NO dogs allowed policy so all of us with allergies not have to suffer.

I think this has the best customer service in utah valley. We go quite frequently since we’re fixing up an older house and are happy we’re so close to this particular HD.

I ran into an associate as soon as I walked into the store. I asked him where a product was and he walked me right to it, I believe his name was Ky. He made sure I got everything I needed and invited me back, he was very helpful:)

In plumbing and in appliance department there was excellent customer service by 2 different people. They didn't act rushed they actually helped me through my problems. I will definitely shop this store all the time.

Went to this store to look for a Tool Chest for my job, They went far and beyond my expectations and made my shopping experience an amazing experience!! Would highly recommend this store !!

I have to use one of the Home Depot motorized carts when I shop. Employees have been very willing to help me, and stay with me from choosing my necessary items, to getting them to the cashier, to rolling them to my car, then placing them in the car, plus keeping me from returning the cart and having to walk back by returning the cart for me. Amazing service!

We showed up during a very busy time and needed to load a lot of heavy bags of concrete, they were very helpful!

I will be returning to this store based on the incredibly helpful employees. Garden selection of plants is also great!

I got help from a met team member to help me find the correct battery open. The key fob wait until I bought the battery and when did all of his tools so I could open his key fob. He even recruited another Home Depot team member for help when we were struggling to open my key fob. He took extra care and making sure that the thing I need fixing was fixed. Everyone was super kind to me and helpful even customer service when I was trying to figure out what this man’s name was that helped me. I wish I restore was like this helpful and nice!

Friendly and helpful employees, but the only way to notify the store for curbside pickup is on app., which always said order was processing even hours after e-mails and texts reported order was ready. Waited on phone about 10 minutes at store before giving up and leaving the first time. My advice: if getting curbside pickup be sure the app says the order is ready before going to store because if it says still processing you may be out of luck when you get there if phone line is busy. To their credit they did issue a partial refund due to this flaw and my need to make 2 trips and multiple calls. Once I reached an employee they went out of their way to be accommodating.

We love going to Home Depot, because of the following: Convenience, all products that we need are there, from the garden to the kitchen, to everything about home. Staff and crew are excellent!

John in lawn and garden outdoor kiosk checkout helped me a ton. He gave me a sales flier and helped me find sales items I was looking for.

Tawna went above and beyond to help us save the most money. She was so friendly and kind, and stayed beyond her shift, as if we were the most important priority.

Very convenient to have a Home Depot in Provo , is one the best Home Depot stores in Utah county & the staff is very helpful you can find mostly anything you need for your project needs.

We (generally) know what we’re doing, we work in a shop everyday. To have someone offer help that’s needed is rare, but this store found a way to help us out!

I just bought a pallet of melting salt and page and Haylee were great they were very fast and knowledgeable about how to get that and who to talk to and the people that loaded my salt did ok they kinda broke my pallet of heavy salt other than that it was a great experience

Couldn’t find an item on my own but luckily had Stacey there who saved me quickly and painlessly.

They have such good employees working there the last few times I went I’ve had to wait a few extra minutes and multiple people apologized and gave me a discount. This last visit the employee went above and beyond to help me.

I needed to return a dehumidifier that was not working. I asked an employee named Meagan to help get the replacement down from a tall shelf. She helped out quickly and I appreciated her smile and helpful attitude! The returns clerk was great too!

Tiana and Christi were very professional, and I was able to get exactly what I needed thanks to their top notch service.
