I needed direction to find a specific flooring and the person in that department was there to help immediately. Checking out was a very pleasant experience with a cashier that was helpful, very polite, friendly and pleasant. I received help transporting the heavy flooring from store personnel quickly and voluntarily when they saw I have health issues. The entire experience could not have been a better one as all persons showed extreme willingness to satisfy.

I checked online with HomeDepot.com to check availability and price. The Home Depot price was the best. I visited the store, made my purchase and was quickly on my way.

This is my secondary store and enjoy the different layout. This store tends to be cooler in temperature than others but only my wife seems to notice. This particular location also seems to be less busy than most others, which is enjoyable.

The store was clean and an associate was willing and able to assist me the moment I walked through the door. This store is one of my favorite stores in town. I always leave feeling as though I found what I was looking for and if I'm lucky something I wasn't. I would recommend this store to anyone.

I have always relied on the knowledge of Home Depot employees. I had purchased my house paint almost 20 years ago. It was time to update my paint. I went straight to the Paint section. 3 employees behind the counter, helping a line of customers waiting. Despite the wait, staff and customers were in a pleasant and patient mood. I had my paint cans from 20 years ago. The emp were able to match the colors and have my paint ready. A month later, the painter informed me I need more paint. I forgot to bring my paint cans because the color # was illegible. I had my receipt and was hoping they would be able to find my record. But, only the SKU# is on the receipt. The emp truly tried to help me locate something, but I ended up having to go home & get the paint. The emp were empathetic and again, very helpful. I highly suggest perhaps the color ID# be included with the SKU# on the receipt. So perhaps, in 20 years when I return for more paint, it will be easy to recreate. :0) You guys are the best.

Item available and we were able to get it within the week.

The associate listened carefully and gave me options relating to quality, thread type, etc. Also showed me exactly where to go and was very friendly and helpful. Checking out was also very efficient and friendly.

I was in a hurry to find a part for my husband who was fixing our kitchen faucet and I was in and out of the store in record time. Everyone was very helpful and the parts were extremely easy to find. This included that I was able to find the part on line directing me to the exact row and bin where I could find what I needed. Thanks to everyone who helped me.

The store always has what I need to compete household projects.

I find that Home Depot always has better prices than I see at Lowes. You also have more selection on tools and accessories than I could expect.Thank You|

experience was what I expected, everything I needed at the right price.

We were looking for a table lamp so we came to Home Depot first. We normally find what we need there. We found the lamp we wanted with the help of a associate. It was just what we wanted at a price less than we expected.

A very nice lady in returns was amazing and graciously gave me a 10% customer appreciation discount on purchased items! She rocks! I had a balance owed of .32 cents for the new items I was purchasing. Rather than making me swipe my card or break a $20 she actually gave me money back! Now that's exceptional customer service. Nice to have people working for a company that think outside the box and show appreciation to the customer. Thank you!

The store was clean, laid out as I expected from other stores I've visited, and uncluttered. It's not always easy to find associates on a Saturday morning, but it only took a moment the two times I needed assistance (two different people) and they were helpful and took me right to the area where I could find what I needed. I always choose Home Depot because the continuity between stores sets me up to have my expectations met every time.

The option to cut the blinds to specific length is great. Saves a ton of money. I was pleased with associate knowledgeability and explanation how to fit the blinds in a right way.

This is my favorite Home Depot location. The staff are friendly and helpful. The associate in Paint and my cashier at my last visit were both so kind and went the extra mile for me.

Overall the store seen cluttered and disorganized boxes carts and merchandise and pallets in the aisles displays torn down and cluttered around the service desk's no employees to assist when I went to find employees they couldn't page for anyone nor did they seem interested in even helping

Do NOT be in a hurry when you go to this store as finding a associate on the floor that can help you find items is almost impossible . If you are lucky to find one that is working and not talking to other associates be ready for the associate to just point and give you an aisle number whether it is correct or not. I have had this experience too many times to recommend this particular store to anyone. I would like to shop at this Puyallup store as it is closer to me but not being able to find items ( I was looking for exterior trim board) and the lack of anyone to help is driving me to go to McClendon or to Lowe's

I recently ordered blinds from a friendly, knowledgeable and efficient associate named Vickie. In the last several years it seems to me that good customer service is not a top priority anymore in many stores. I was very happy to find that's not true at Home Depot.
