Procuring lumber for a project there were two associates that stood out to be helpful. Nick and Bobby were thorough and efficient in gathering and loading my product. They were extremely helpful and pleasant.

I buy all my wood from Home Depot. The quality is good and they’re very kind to cut the pieces for me. The store is always clean, and the employees are always very helpful with a smile on their face.🤗

Was getting overcharged because wrong barcode sticker so I simply, and nicely asked to change price and tag and the disgusting incompetent female employee in the electrical department told me if I don’t like it then I don’t have to buy it and to give her back the item. Customer Service male employee was emotionally unstable. I can have an apple with a sticker saying it is a watermelon, but that doesn’t mean it is a watermelon. They did change it after realizing they don’t know what they are doing

All the employees who have ever helped me at Home Depot have been extremely helpful and nice. I really like shopping at this Home Depot and always stop here first to find whatever it is I need.

they got my hot water heater fixed and helped stop my home from being flooded.

Friendly and helpful

Cashier Steven in the garden section was on his cell phone when I went into the garden section, and when I left the garden section. He checked me out. I get asked him for help unloading the 40 pound bags of soil into my car. He called overhead for help. And said I’ll get help if somebody comes back there. He got back on his cell phone. Totally unprepared and impressed with customer service today. I managed my own bags of soil and now my neck hurts.

I never worry about what the name of something. Everybody very knowledgeable

Brett Howard was amazing in taking care of us.

We went into the store to make a rather large complicated purchase that involved two stores. Rick was at the Service Desk, and he was able to handle this new to him process with minimal assistance. If you have special service needs, see Rick, he's your man!! Some of the best customer service ever.

I ordered lumber online to pick up later the same day. I got the lumber home only to discover that two of the boards were unusable which meant that I had to make another trip back to the store to exchange and could not start my project. The store did not handle the exchange well…it was a nightmare

EVEN ON A HOLIDAY, JOHN HELPED ME FIND ITEMS IN THE STORE, AND BILLY, A MANAGER, LOADED RIVER ROCK INTO MY VEHICLE. ALL WITH A SMILE. HOME DEPOT NAILED IT. I WILL ONLY SHOP AT HOME DEPOT

I get so frustrated when visiting Home Depot because they have too much stuff in the isles. It would be a more pleasant visit if one could navigate the store without having to switch isles because someone stopped to look at something or another person is approaching from the other direction?

I went looking for a rose bush for my front flower bed and Home Depot had Double Knockouts for a great price.

I spent $958.76 all of this within 1 hour including 12 gallons of paint. This less than I price checked with other home improvement stores.

I walked into Home Depot this morning and I needed 2 new wheels for my dolly. I bought the wheels and asked if they new of anyone that would help me replace the tires. They told me to go talk to the guys in the rental shop and explain what I needed. I did. They helped me replace the tires on my dolly and I walked out of the store a happy man.

All was Great and fast .
