Cashier Nathaniel and Manager Jacque were extremely helpful! They made sure I had the exact item I needed. Nathaniel even offered to assist me with the hand saw for my molding when he realized no one was available at the electric saw even though he was the cashier. I really appreciate the extra effort and kindness!!! This was a great clean friendly store!

The store was clean and orderly. The employees I dealt with were very friendly. My cashier, Beth, was very friendly and said "Thank you."

The store is organized and clean. The plumbing associate was knowledgeable about all the items I needed. He was busy with stocking items, but took time to help me find my list of supplies. No waiting times anywhere in the store.

People are helpful when they are available or want to assist. Like 90% of other retail brick and mortars, the help isnt there to help. At store #3919,Oklahoma City OK, the employees gathered around the cash registers and were having the 'normal' little kiddie chit chat. Thet could have been assisting the lady at the end of millwork or the elderly couple at the end of power tools. But were they? Oh NO! They have grown so accustomed to t/t(talk/text) at work, that its hard to break the habbit. Products if a lesser quality are slowly being rotated in and the better quality are being pulled. The irony is that the lower quality products are attaining nearly the same price point as the better products they are replacing. This is another example of liwes and homedepot being nearly exact duplicates.

The associates were rude and I was treated like a criminal. I am not going to be doing anymore business at any Home Depot unless something is done to at least make me feel better.

I went to buy a snow shovel because a snow storm was on the way. An associate directed me to the correct isle. Then cashier John did a great job making sure I got the correct item. He was very friendly and helpful.

Best homedepot in Oklahoma. Hands down

I want to add the lady who checked me out at the register (Beth) was polite, professional, and it was a pleasant experience getting my purchases processed and paid for. I have dealt with her several times at this store and she has always been this way. Good people like her keep me coming back as much as the goods you provide. The two go hand in hand.

This store is well stocked and easy to get in and out of the store. Always easy to find the products I need, also it is very easy to get help when needed.

This is a GREAT location at which to shop! The employees are always pleasant and professional. There is never a time I have left unhappy, except when they're out of an item and I'm forced to go elsewhere, or in a bad mood. They have a fantastic selection of products at very good prices. Would highly recommend this store.

I have always loved shopping at Home Depot. I know that I will get a good product at a fair price in a very clean store. So when our washer broke I knew to check out Home Depot. I did not expect to have someone help one on one with all that is going on but I was so surprised when Sandra Burkey your associate ask if she could help me and stayed with me till we found the washer and dryer set I was wanting. She was knowledgeable and I was in and out FAST! She walked with me to the front and made sure everything went through. What a great experience. THANK YOU!

This location is a little out of my way but I make the effort to go there because the service is very good and the items I need are generally always there. Keep up the great work. i will be back!

Mikayla is a great cashier and she did a great job in checking out and getting someone in the store to help get my purchase in my car. She didn't wait for me to ask for help. She saw I was a disabled veteran and needed help and took care of it.

Always helpful and if an associate isn't 100% sure, they lead you to someone who is.
