Clean store, the cashiers are super friendly

I went into the store to purchase a door that I found on the Home Depot app on my phone. The app showed the correct quantity on hand and location in the store. I was able to find my item quickly, make the purchase and get on my way. Everyone in the store was friendly and greeted me. The lady that checked me out (Beth) was awesome! She was so nice and funny and it made the whole experience great. Also, the store was well organized and clean.

The amount of help you get to find products is absolutely amazing when someone from corporate is visiting the location. Other days, its same old same old, you want to get it, get it! ohh that? we don't have it, if it is not there.

Employees have zero l ZERO clue of the products or install cost/process at this location. I scheduled a measurement and received 3 follow up calls, which couldn't answer any of my basic questions. I visited the location to yeah in person and during my interaction was verbally cut off by a different employee immediately, the rep took 3 calls and literally walked away from me and couldn't even tell me how the quote provided broke down. Worst retail experience of my life, and I work with 57 different retail locations! Step up your game HD, you used to be my go-to home improvement store. COVID excuses be damned. I'll only ever go back out of convince or necessity.

The cashiers at this location interact much more with the customers. The garden staff, especially the cashiers, are fantastic.

I bought a washer and dryer at this Home Depot and the appliance department employees went above and beyond to help me. I truly appreciate their help and realize that employees have to put up with a lot of disgruntled customers due to Covid related supply issues. These gals helped me find what I needed and I will get it much sooner and at a better price than had I went with one of other stores that I visited.

I rented a lawn roller in preparation of planting grass. I found the roller to be very time saving and easy to use. I just wish the Oklahoma City rental departments offered peat moss rollers as well.

I love the layout of the store. I am very familiar and find that when I shop for my business or personal home needs, I can find things easily. The employees are friendly and very helpful.

When you go to a store like Home Depot it’s usually to get something to fix something at home THIS IS THE PLACE

I bought a great fridge that was $1000 off; received $200 extra off due to a small scratch and being accepted for a Home Depot store card. The were plenty of other discounts all around the store; the customer service is great as well.

I stopped in to check out the inventory of spring plants, and to grab a tomato plant. However the inventory and prices of the spring flowers were great, so I loaded up. I will be back!

I found my garden rocks and sand for my flower garden and thank you for not moving it -Well always do business in this store for other items such as gardening and fruit trees

I am always greeted by an employee and asked if I need help finding anything. The workers are very well versed in where things are and can give me detailed instructions on where to find things or they just lead me there themselves! It's always a quick and enjoyable trip for me!

The employees at this location are always eager to help in any way needed , and the store always seems to have what I need in stock

We had the best service while we were there from an employee who didn't even work in the appliance department. I haven't experienced that in a long time! The store was very short staffed that evening but he was so kind and helpful that it didn't even matter. If he didn't know an answer, he found someone who did. He also managed to help others, very patiently while he was helping us and it took all of the stress out of some important decision making. Thanks Bryan!!

Cashier Nathaniel and Manager Jacque were extremely helpful! They made sure I had the exact item I needed. Nathaniel even offered to assist me with the hand saw for my molding when he realized no one was available at the electric saw even though he was the cashier. I really appreciate the extra effort and kindness!!! This was a great clean friendly store!
