I bought this to give me light over my sink in my apartment under the cabinet. This is an awesome Zigbee device. I love the fact I can change the colors and set up schedules with Alexa.

Do not under any circumstances buy anything from this Home Depot. We will only be discussing one incident today but there are others. “New door” looks like someone just dragged a screwdriver around on it putting divots in the metal. Didn’t install screen door. Took 2 months to get that refunded. Mike the COS was supposed to either get a new replacement door or give me a partial refund for the damaged door. That didn’t happen. Oh and there’s a 2 inch gap above my “custom” sized door cause the measuring guy couldn’t do his job either. Good thing it cost more for less door. Never again will I buy even a screw from this place.

My wife and I went to the HD Quail Springs store in N. OKC and met with Jeff Billesbach who was a great assistance in helping us decide on a storm door and explaining the ordering, measuring and installation process. Once our old door was measured, I was assisted by Mike M of the same store with respect to completing the ordering and payment procedure. The door was received within the time frame provided (it had to be custom ordered due to it's size) and Kelly Colburn came out and did a tremendous job installing it. All in all, the customer service was great, the product is great and the whole procedure went very smooth. I would highly recommend working with each of these individuals for a smooth process should you ever look for a storm door. And, given the fact that Jeff is the Operations Manager of this store, I would highly recommend him for any questions that may need to be answered regarding any of the products at this HD Quail Springs store.

I've been shopping at this Home Depot for over a decade. I've been through home remodels, painting, flowers, plants, trees, you name it. When I need to do some DIY I always go to Home Depot and get a second opinion while I pick up supplies. The staff has always been helpful. Great store!

I purchased a plumbing part based upon recommendation from a store employee. When I got home, I could see I had the wrong part. Cost was $7.98. Refund $7.08. Never had this happen before. Going elsewhere.
