There are 2 locations within my neighborhood, and I love this one. On this visit I was assisted by Ronni, and Chris. (both with one i) inside joke. They went above and beyond! Store is organized and clean.

We had a lot of issues trying to figure out what to do with some damaged products. We luckily were able to get in contact with Tiana who was one of the best employees we have ever worked with! She was amazing and super helpful. We were able to get a new item for the same price and return our broken one! We are always going to use this location whenever we need home improvement items!

As a single woman in a huge hardware store, I felt safe, valued and taken care of right away. The three people I engaged with were all friendly, professional, and knew what they were doing. When you go it, ask for Manager Paul - he’s the VERY best!

My water heater install cost more than the highest model water heater. 999.00 seems high for 2 hours of labor. Water heater was same size and there was no water damage or extra/special work required.

I went to store to pickup an online order and was told I would have to pickup on another day because guys in back who pull orders would be mad. I suggest you pick another location.

I bought a grill from this store when San Tan was just getting built. l started having issues with the grill and also had issue with the warranty. Rusty and Hailey took the time to get me squared away and they went above and beyond my expectations and needs. Since I had such great experience with them, I will be taking the time to drive to this store from now on.

I went in trying to hang a solar shade that has to connect to my block wall. I'm new to AZ so I was unaware of the best approach and Phil helped me with a solid recommendation and helpfulness and finding everything. The rest of the staff was also particularly helpful.

I shop here quite often and I am hardly ever disappointed.

The furniture caster/mover/slides were good quality and I am grateful the sizes I needed were in stock and all with one visit.

We had to drive a bit but this was the closest HD to have what we wanted. It was the first time we visited but will not be our last!

We called ahead for some flooring product availability and not only did they have it, the gal we spoke with had them waiting for us in a cart!!

The wheel barrow I came to purchase was in stock, but none were available because the 16 that were in stock, were not put together yet, and would not be for two more days. After talking with Eddie, the store manager about my dilemma (needing a wheel barrow immediately), he upgraded me to a better wheel barrow, at the same price as the one that I had originally came to purchase!!! Thank you, Eddie!!!!

I use the items that I buy at this store , but if I cant its easy to return them !!

The staff at this store is always available and ready to help. Even when I’m not looking for help, someone’s always checking in with me to make sure. Store is very clean and organized.

the employee at the return desk was excellent. cynthia was quick with my paperwork and was a very pleasant person to deal with.

I never have a hard time finding anything in the store because the store is always Clean and organized, and usually stocked with all the items they sell.

We originally were approached by a two gentleman to help us with a sander. They had used sanders before and gave us some advise between the two we were debating on selecting. Then we had an additional questions, which the original gentleman asked William and Eddie for more assistance. Everyone was welcoming and helped us for what we needed at the store. Great experience and very welcoming staff.

5 years ago we purchased a Rheem Water Heater with a 6 year warranty. The heater started leaking and was directed by Rheem to return to the Queen Creek Home Depot where we purchased it. It is the Saturday after Black Friday, and a long line had formed for returns. However, the line moved very quickly. I didn't have a receipt but had all of my warranty information from Rheem, a manager Phil was called to help the kind cashier (Jonnie) figure out our return. Phil was so respectful to the cashier and to us I felt relaxed for the first time. Phil helped us find the water heater replacement and had an associate help us with the needed washers and fittings. As we were moving towards checkout, the cashiers offered assistance, Susan checked us out and we were heading out the door in less than an hour. As we were loading the water heater, an associate came up and offered to help load the water heater. It was really nice!

I have always been pleased with the customer service at my Home Depot in Queen Creek
