Everything was easy to find, site was neat and clean and the team members are absolutely amazing! Love the customer service every time, they nailed it!

I went to this store as it was nearest to my job site and I was in an urgent situation. I went to Customer Service and explained I had Pro acct and needed things quickly as it was raining and I had no front door! Rusty, Seth, Michael and Tristan all went down the aisles and retrieved the items needed and also made suggestions for other items I might need to get the front door entrance covered and secure.. While this was happening it gave me time to shop for a specific tool and it was easy maneuvering down the aisles and the store was extremely clean and well lit. Everyone, including checkout personnel, were so gracious and helpful. Love this store!

The employees we have encountered their are generally extremely helpful in the assistance they provide.

You usually have what i'm looking for. I don't like the aisles clogged with inventory.

I needed to get some more tile for a project I was in the middle of. I found out the day after I checked the site and confirmed there were tiles in stock that they were getting pulled and would only be available by delivery...which had an $80 fee x___x The cashier Jenny and the other guy Randy were really kind and helped find a solution for me. They looked everywhere and were able to locate the tiles before they got sent out and I was able to get what I needed to finish my project. Jenny also lifted 24 70lb boxes of tile and totally deserves some recognition for that.

The associate in the cabinetry department was more than helpful!

I have always had a great experience at this Home Depot but of course shopping in one place so often you are bound to run into an issue now and again. Thankfully Rusty was able to take the situation into his own hands and went above and beyond for me and my family. I felt as though he were backing one of his own family members. I had an item that was missing a piece and it was a hassle to bring back in. He called in and got it shipped back to us in less time than we expected and had it there before the deadline. He also made sure we were taken care of and satisfied as regular shoppers.

Pro desk is rude and only wants to do phone sales, not help contractors that go in the store themselves

Our experience today and every time we visit the store is a pleasant experience. We needed a paint sample we brought in made into a concrete stain color. They were more than happy to make it happen. The best part was they stated that that if we got it home and were not satisfied to bring it back and they would make it right. We always buy Behr paint and stain. It can't be beat.

This is a great store, the employees are so friendly and helpful I have purchased gardening supplies, appliances, and counter-tops from them and lots of barbecue stuff. love the motion light bulbs and employee told me about.

Our experience was much more positive today. We went in for a few things and we were assisted by someone in your millworks department, she assisted us with finding the towel rack we needed. When we checked out, Susan was fantastic, She was very friendly and smiling. We chatted a bit and had a good laugh. She provided us with great service, thanks so much Susan for my making our visit to your store so pleasant!

If you need quality service for the Garden Dept. go see Julie! And Rusty is a manager in the store who truly listens and cares. Need help out in a moments notice? Ask for Lodge or Christian. These 4 people made my day happen and with a cheery disposition. They care. Rusty even helped me load my purchase into my truck! Wow!!
