I recently moved to Racine, purchased home and started working on it . The Racine Home Depot store is my go to place. The employees have been most helpful. It's easy to access and the selection is good, Very pleased with the service and product selection.

Employees are not helpful, store disorganized and stuff always in the aisles that you can't get around. It's not that clean. Should have just gone to Menards!

If you are shopping at Menards, treat yourself to a "professional" staff of employees at Home Depot and you'll notice the difference. You'll received friendly, courteous, and professional help with you're project needs. The quality of the merchandise is superior over their competitors.

We had a very pleasant shopping experience. Sales staff and cashiers were very friendly and helpful.

I normally don't write reviews, but I feel like the gentleman in the vinyl flooring department (Shawn) should be recognized. I am always so frustrated going into hardware stores because they have endless aisles and you have to hunt down people to help you. Some people won't help because they say it isn't their department, and then you have to go search some more. We were so exhausted after work that it was awesome to have somebody go above and beyond to help in every single step of our shopping experience to make sure we were taken care of! Our animal family means the world to us, and we are building a large enclosure for one of our critters. It was so refreshing to see that he listened to all of our concerns, and even came up with ideas with us to help keep our little one safe and happy! He even made sure everything went smoothly in getting help in other departments, and with the cashier on our checkout. Thank you, Shawn! You should get a promotion!

Very helpful, clean and customer service at the door.

The service we received at the Racine Home Depot exceeded our expectations. Dillon Hettrick went out of his way to assure we received the best quality of ship-lap their store had to offer. He cut all 21 pieces down to our specific specs which will save us additional time with our project. He was very cordial and professional the entire time he was assisting us. I would highly recommend this store. Very happy customer
