We were helped by Samantha to order from 7 different departments today and she was knowledgeable about all of them

Started with a phone call, they're on the way. Five minutes later they called that they were lost. Started giving the directions and they hung up on me. I sent them a Google map link. Next got a call from dispatch that they were lost. Told rep I'd sent Google map link. They arrived while rep was on the phone and she hung up. I walked out and told them which door to come in through. Lead installer wanted to see my kitchen. He told me they couldn't install the microwave because of tilled backslash. I told him I had masonry bit and dowels. He called his department and got "washing machine" department. He tried again and got microwave department. He handed his phone to me and supervisor said he couldn't do install. Frustrated I said, "just bring microwave in", I'll handle it myself (I've got a torn rotator cuff). He used a connection hose he brought. I showed him a new one I had been told to buy. He installed the stove with the hosehe brought. His connection hose was stainless, mine was stainless but had a vinyl covering. He installed it 6" away from wall. I just wanted him out of my house. I signed the receipt and he left. I looked at his installation and the hose was kinked (I have pic). I pulled stove out, removed his connection, re-sealed the fittings, shaped the threads and hose, and now it's within 2" of the wall. I cleaned up and saw several "warning" notices about "Tip-Over Hazard". He never installed Tip-over brackets. This crew has no business doing installations! Their work was sloppy, rushed and unsafe.

Milwaukee tools need to make better on their warrantee . I have purchase thousands of dollars in home depot buying Milwaukee power tools and when you take them to the repair centers they always are trying to not fix them and they say that is not cover in their warrantee it's always an excuse not to cover anything . Someone needs to look into this . Take a look at all theirs service centers reviews and see what I'm talking about. If this keeps happening home depot will be the ones that are in lost .Example I purchase a M-12 light that you can mount into the metal so it can stay in place when i work . So when I removed it the magnets that are supposed to stay inside the plastic housing they come out . They were never glue correctly or made to stay in place . I took it to the repair center in Brookfield ,WI and they are saying that I broke it . How did I broke it ? .The magnets are popping out of the housing . So they tried to sell me a new one and also keep my old one at the same time . If my old one is not good why are you want to keep it. Maybe to sell it after you fixed it ? . No good . If I would of bought this at the supply house I would of gotten a new one with them but since I purchase it at the home depot and it pass the 90 day I'm out of luck. No more of this it needs to be stopped . I don't have a light any more that is a magnet type .I now bought me a Velcro strap and keep it in place and using it.

Wife and I just bought a new washer Katie was excellent and in the past Courtney was very good as well she is a keeper

If you need anything go to Kenosha or Franklin. The Racine store doesn’t carry most of what a contractor needs!

I never have problems with Home Depot. I had sump pump issues, and they answered all my questions, and helped me find everything I needed to fix it.

I was looking for a specific grill and couldn't find it in the store. An employee approached us to offer help. It's a rare experience for me not to have to hunt for someone to help. He located it on the computer and took us right to it. They also would have assembled it at no extra charge! I assembled it myself and am super pleased with the ease of the experience. I even had a coupon for $15 for using my Home Depot credit card.

EVERY time I am at this Home Depot, the employees greet me and there are employees that will inquire if I need help finding anything. They have been very helpful in "problem solving challenges" with repairs I work on or creative things I build for my business.

I needed to buy new cordless tools and Ralph in tool dept was very helpful. He helped me 4 years ago as well. I bought a new set of Ryobi tools and additional tools on his recommendation. Thank you Ralph !

I had outstanding service from 2 staff members. Olivia helped me load wood onto my cart. Cut it to size so it would fit in my truck and then loaded it back onto the cart. Kristen helped me get some Milwaukee tools. Unlocked all the cases and got me everything I needed.

The employees Crystal, Darius , and Alex helped make this trip amazing. They went above and beyond. And the store as a whole helped out a customer who was desperate on a Sunday. And made sure that everything was taken care of!

Friendly people great clean store

I recently bought a new toliet and Logan was very helpful. But last November when my husband and picked out a new oven we were a little upset that the sales person kept showing us other ovens when we already knew what we wanted. I also did not like checking myself out when I bought my toliet. Logan was great and the nice young man that eventually came to help me load the toliet in my car.

they dont sell groceries and milk. I dont think they have dog food so you dont have to wait in line behind old ladies who are there to get a 11 percent rebate on their milk
