Your employee, Tammy. We didn't have t beg for attention, she came over to us! Unheard of!!!! Usually we have to chase people around just to find out the correct aisle we need. Then, she helped us find the right product choices! Unbelievable!!!! She was focused, patient, and very polite. You have a good one there. Please hire others like her.

This Home Depot is fantastic! This was my second time in the store and I have to say that the customer service is over the top! I needed assistance with ordering an appliance that I found on-line and the sales associates Valerie and Erica made it seamless and as pleasant as spending $$$$ could be. They went above and beyond and I will be back because of them! Thank you Valerie and Erica!

The store is typically well stocked, clean, and organized. The employees are usually knowledgeable and friendly. Sometimes it is difficult to locate an employee in a particular department, but if you go to customer service, they usually get someone right away. The store manager is obviously doing something right at this location. This location is close to perfect and is a head about the rest. Bravo!

Everyone is always so helpful at the Arroyo Crossing Home Depot location. The associates are always asking if you need help finding anything and they go above and beyond to make sure you have a great customer experience.

We had someone greet us and offer to help in each department we were in. Miguel our cashier was great. New procedure for exchanging propane tanks. Not sure what to do. Miguel took the time to walk us through. Easy! Thanks Miguel.

Store is very well organized with wide of selection of product. Overall staff friendliness is great especially paint department staff were very helpful and efficient.

I've shopped at most of the Home Depots here in Vegas, from Summerlin to Henderson, yet only 2 stores (arroyo crossing store and the flamingo and ft Apache store) have the most helpful and friendliest employees. Definitely worth the extra few miles to go shop at those 2 locations. Luke at arroyo crossing stores paint department is very helpful.

The employees are so helpful and will go out of there way to help. Love this store even though I have a home depot store around the corner of my house, which I will not go to.

Unfortunately the vendor sent the wrong appliance that I ordered. When I went to this store to get things worked out the Customer Service team were amazing and extremely helpful. Thd store is very clean with alot of supply easy to find, shelves very goog organize with good customer service at all times.

We went into buy a bbq and several other small items. We had all the help we needed from 3 associates. They were helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend shopping at Home Depot.

Mr. Randy and Ms. Kimberly were both outstanding I was asked if I needed anything...by Mr. Randy and that is customer service I wanted buil my shelf with lumber and he asked almost everything he could ask me to find out what I may need and how much material. He was Outstanding

Randy from lumber went far beyond expectation to help me. He offered to do things that I never seen from other employees (such as getting a cart and pulling items for me, BEFORE I ask him, and after even telling him I can have my helper do it for me, and this was just the very least he did for me and very first minuet I interacted with him). Randy kept impressing me more and more the longer I needed his help.

I've never had a bad experience at this store. I get help when I need it and the products are easy to find.

every employee i encountered was courteous and helpful. i also heard one employee training a new hire. its nice to know that the company takes time to stress customer service as part of training in addition to hiring people who understand it.

My husband and I were at a loss as to what kind of laminate and carpeting to buy for our new home. The customer service we received from the flooring consultant was fantastic, and we left the store confident in our choices. The draftsman they sent to measure the house was also very knowledgeable and helpful. Great experience all the way through!!

I was looking for help in the lumber department and Randy called he would be right there so I was happy he could see I needed assistance. He helped me and he carried the piece of wood I needed to the front register since I didnt bring a cart as I didnt think it would weigh that much. Thank you Randy!!!!
