Having just finished a major renovation I shopped this store very often. The staff are the most helpful and knowledgeable I’ve ever experienced in a big box store. Often the staff went above and beyond to help me out. Thank You for giving the best customer service!

Associate Katrina never gave up on finding a way to help my purchase go through. My purchase was a little complicated. I have a commercial account but purchase wasn’t going through. Long story short, Katrina didn’t pass me to the pro shop but Instead helped me

I have been coming in Arroyo Home Depot for about 8 months now and I really don’t have any negative comments I experience . One of the best experiences I have . Everyone is so customer service oriented and very helpful

We have been to this location two times. This is the Worst and much worse experience compared to other Home Depot stores. One of the worst customer service came last time from an older lady, but this time I have remembered the name from cashier who was super rude. He was a veteran that states on his chest and his name was Kelly. Also, it stays on the receipt that the name of the guy who is Caucasian was Kelly, super rude laughing in my face absolutely disgusting behavior and bad demeanor , Super unhelpful, very annoyed looks like he didn’t want to be there at all, and should not be dealing with people

Me and my uncle went to buy some stuff he needed for work and we were asked by several employees is we were finding things ok. When we went to check out Miguel C helped us and he was super kind and nice to talk to.

The customer service is terrible I will never come back!!

Friendly, courteous and supportive personnel at the Customer Service desk. Kellie, Linda, Katrina and Irene made sure my Home Depot experience and satisfaction remained intact. They resolved my issue with a mislabeled water heater and returned the cost difference.

Cashiers Michelle and Alyssa are rude and unprofessional and should not be helping customers at your store. I would either retrain them or place them elsewhere! They should not be what your brand represents. Such a disappointment! Verified customer receipt:

I didn’t even have to look around for assistance as Leo immediately approached me with a smile at the dyi key kiosk and offered to help make the keys for me! Super friendly and genuinely cares about his customers!

I came to Home Depot to find a few items. As soon as I grab the cart, I saw Employee and ask him to guide me to what I needed. Quickly, I found my stuff, and then checked out. Upon check out, I encountered is very friendly cashier, his name was Miguel. He was so inviting is such a sweetheart.

Items are easy to find, staff is very helpful. They even carry some hard to find parts.

I needed some help with picking out the right shower head and Carlos was amazing. He helped me choose exactly what I needed and he even showed me something else to make it easier to use the shower head I decided to buy. It was a great shopping experience and now this is my new store for items I may need in the future.

Our washer was beyond repair and our home warranty company gave us a specific brand and model for replacement. We went into our local Home Depot and Grant helped us right away, it was purchased and delivered within days.

In the last several week I have purchased several large items and the staff have been very helpful.
