My experience buying 4 kitchen appliances was amazing!! Grant and Kevin were SO helpful and patient. There was a problem with the install of my fridge and Kevin's follow up was spot on!! I'm so happy I went to 7015 Arroyo Crossing Pkwy, Las Vegas Home Depot and the prices can't be beat!!

Could not find the right associates to help me, waiting for 20 minutes. I could not wait any longer, I just left.

Had 3 very small outdoor carpet runners cut, truthfully more work than the sale was worth. But the Staff treated me like the biggest customer of the day, great team!

I come here not only because of it's proximity to where I live, but because any item I need, I know I can find it at this store.

Before you launch a new thing, please train your folks in the “How To’s” So they can assist us customers when ever needed

Watch closely for damaged products on curbside pickup, you will get no customer service and they will treat you like you are interrupting their quiet time.

This store has the best staff. There is always someone you can ask where things are or to answer questions. Store is clean and neat.

I came to return my material that I did not use for plumbing and on the Rainbow store the return to ask and they always young lady super upset telling me that she hated her job she's tired walking back and forth that why should she smiled to customers very rude had to call the manager to speak to them to get the transaction finished

I've had several complex orders at this store recently and Kristen, Judy and Kelli have been key players in making sure everything has gone smoothly from start to finish. These lady's have gone the extra mile for me on numerous occasions and I am grateful for their outstanding customer service and support.

I have been shopping here for decades and have always been able to return items, whether or I got a refund or merchandise credit. I visited the store to return some items, exchange a defective item and purchase some new items. I was shocked when I was told that I could not return some unused items and that the "return window has expired". What? I also could not exchange the defective items because I did not have the receipt...IT WAS DEFECTIVE and the employee was able to print out the defective slip, but not let me exchange. I asked if the policy had changed and I was looked at like I was crazy and received a shrug of the shoulder and a piece of paper with an email to go home and lookup the reason why I was denied the option to return my items. This was definitely a first for me. Cashier Christopher and cashier Katrina both were either not educated on current changes to store policy or they just did not want to deal with me...THE CUSTOMER! It took me 2 seconds to google that Home Depot changed their return policy on April 2024. I do believe that I purchased my items prior to this change and consumer protection laws state that companies are required to post the return policy. Also, the law states that a retailer must accept returns if the product is defective. Why am I being held to a policy that was not in affect when I purchased the products. I want a merchandise credit, at least, and I want an exchange for the defective item.

Koehler Elongated Bowl Seat Slow Close was easy to install. The slow close feature is awesome.

L.D Turner was extremely friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to help us out, and put an item we wanted on hold for us in another store! We didn’t even ask he just took the initiative and was happy to help. Made our experience so much better!

Cici assisted me thru the whole process. She was knowledgeable and patient throughout my visits when I was undecided which door I wanted. After a few visits I made a selection and opened a Home Depot credit card which saved me money and got interest-free payments.

This is my neighbor hood Home Depot and I just love the customer service and just how friendly everyone is and always attentive to my needs been going to this location for 4 years now

I came in to buy an AC unit 10 minutes before closing and Danny stayed 10 minutes after closing to make sure I had what I needed and was happy. He was super knowledgeable and friendly. Kid is a legend

The manager Adam at the Arroyo crossing location was very accommodating and helpful during our recent visit to this location. He went out of his way to help us, even though the store was about to close. We will do our shopping here from now on. 10/10 experience

Had a few items to get for a swamp cooler and a garden water fountain. Quickly found them and more. Really nice stock of plumbing parts. Might use this as my go to home depot in the vegas valley.

We were picking out lights and we were assisted by Jeff. He truly went above and beyond to help us find the lights we needed, and provide us with so much knowledge and information regarding lights and what to look for when picking out lights for what time of vibe, how much brightness, what all the different details meant. Jeff was so friendly and helpful and made our experience a breeze. I can’t thank him enough for time and assistance!
