It is really easy to find the items in Home Depot. The employees are always very friendly.

Since the 1st day this Home Depot opened its has helped me and my family with so many home improvement projects and we are so thankful for Home Depot with all the great job they have done for us

While shopping in this store i was greeted 5 times which was very nice to the point it even felt odd. Nonetheless keep it up and maybe I’ll drive to this store over the one closer to my house next time.

Horrible customer service and lack of knowledge of the return policy. Will never go to this store again after the way me and my partner were treated.

The staff is great at the Rainbow Arroyo store. If the item I want is not in stock at Home Depot, I order it online for FREE delivery to the store. The Curbside Pickup service is the best. It's very easy. Just follow text instructions when the item comes in, and you'll be in and out quickly. They go to great lengths to keep everyone safe in and outside the store. It's my favorite Home Depot.

I always have a great experience shopping at this Home Depot. My mother ,brother and I all own homes and were constantly upgrading them. The staff everywhere in the store is always friendly and helpful. I had an amazing experience tonight .I was there after closing and everybody was still very helpful. No one rushed me out of the store. My cashier was the nicest guy. His name was Matthew Perkins. He was very friendly and Talkative . He never seem irritated or rushed to get me out of the store even though it was after closing. Love Home Depot !

On July 2nd 2020 I purchased a NEXGRILL Natural Gas BBQ from Austin in the Garden Department He knew the features and benefits of the products Austin is very professional and should be promoted to include a raise in pay

I always shop at this store because it's near my house. It's a clean store and have a pleasing associates to deal with. It's so nice to get refunded easily on what you returned and always have 10% military discount. Overall the store is very good.

I’d give this store zero stars if it was possible. The employees are very rude and unhelpful. The store is cluttered and a safety hazard. I’ve never had such horrible customer service in any other store I ve ever been to.

Because of your staff Roan from Garden department, my family and I decided we will no longer be coming back at this location of the way we were treated by him. We went to Garden to get assistance with our landscaping maintenance, we approached him and he ignored us twice then the third attempt he finally, he said he’ll be right with us and walked away and rolled his eyes. We then wanted to buy this palm tree but had no space in the car so wanted to see if we can get delivered. We saw Roan again with another male (Amad?). We had no choice but to approach them again but this time my husband asked. My husband asked as friendly as possible if they have a second to help us then Roan sarcastically said “Yes, I have a second. I have a minute. I have an hour. What time did you need?” Then after our question, Amad just answered our question and said the delivery was $149. After all that experience we had to endure, we decided to skip that purchase and go to star Nursery. I’m just appalled by the way he treated us because we were there couple weeks ago and Larry gave us a excellent service and thought every other employee in there was the same as him. we thought wrong! After we cashed out with our other things, we exit and saw another palm tree we liked. We asked the female sitting at the Garden exit if we can go back and purchase and she said we needed to go back to the front. Are you kidding me? We just didn’t purchased again at all. However, the only great service we had was with the cashier, Conrado. He was helpful with our questions and answered as much as he can. So because of Conrado, he’s the reason why I didn’t give your location zero stars

I placed am online Curbside Pickup order. Arroyo Home Depot has a well thought out plan for this service. Everyone is welcoming, professional, and efficient. They very much aim to please.

So I just made a trip to home depot at Arroyo crossing. Probably one of the best experiences I've had there. I wanted to apply for the home depot credit card and purchase an LG washer and dryer. Which I did both but the service from customer service, the girl at the appliances area to the guys helping in other departments. They went above and beyond! Awesome job!

My cashier Miguel was very friendly and helpful!
