Both Associates in the Paint department were very helpful and friendly on 10/21 at 10 AM. I do not recall the female associate's name but she let me know the new department manager's name. I observed him with other customers as well and he was just as helpful. I actually went back for other items remembering my recent positive experience.

The man that helps me couldn't tell me the sides drill I got and I shows him where it was

Although I don't always enjoy 'must do' home improvements, working with the team at home depot makes getting started easier - they are alert of my presence and eager to assist.

Needed a new board for my daughters bed and Joey was very knowledgeable and helped me find a piece of plywood and cut it to exactly what I needed.

This is my second home. When I have any type of project small or big, this is where I come. Very happy with all the employees and their friendly service. Before, I ask for help someone is offering me help. Prices are great. Thank you to all for making each visit pleasant. Great team!

I listen as I walked around the store. The Associates were polite and professional with the shoppers. When I got ready to leave there was only one person ahead of me and he was processed quickly then I was up and out.

Visited the store near closing time to purchase a mower. Staff was very helpful and friendly! Took the time to review how to operate the machine safely. Also tested the equipment before I left the store! I was very pleased overall and would visit this store again.

I am a regular customer at this store, and am comfortable when I come in that I will find what I am looking for, and if I need assistance in locating an item, the associates there are extremely knowledgeable on where to find items, and always interested in taking me to the specific location.

Me and my dad were looking to buy wood pickets in bulk and we were helped by Richard Otero. He gave us awesome customer service and did his best to understand our needs. I was looking for a specific piece of hardware to improvise a repair. One Associate approached me and started directing me while walking with me to where I might find such an item. Then she walked me to another Associate a couple aisles over and told him about my project and between the three of us we came up with a solution. I had already been to another large home improvement center near by and could not find anyone to ask a question of and after searching on my own ... left to go to Home Depot. In the future, Home Depot will be my first stop.

Every time I have visited the store, that associates and cashiers are always helpful. When there is a concern, they try their best to address it and provide a great experience.

I was wrong about the price on a tool at one of there competitors. Customer service took the time to explain the difference in the tool in question and then sold me the better tool for the cheaper price. Will shop This Home Depot from now on.. Great attitude and very knowledable on power tools.

Basic Customer Service class needs to be attended by the employees working in the department. That and staff it with more than two people on a weekend management.

The store was clean and the sales item I needed was well stocked. Watching this item for the last three months hoping it would go on sale, It went on sale 07/7/2015. I was very happy with my purchase. Purchased at a great price.
