Basilio was fantastic, consider Home Depot fortunate he is an employee there; he was courteous, helpful and professional. I very much appreciated his assistance. he provided excellent customer service.

Two male associates working at checkout spent more time talking to each other than helping patrons check out. Useless.

I got to the store only a half hour before close with a long list of items from multiple departments such as flooring, lumber and plumbing. My fiancé was very busy and could not go to the store himself so he sent me instead. I had no idea what any of the items looked like or where they could be found. Scotty did a great job spending lots of time with me figuring out where everything was, even though a lot of the items on my list weren't in his department. If it wasn't for him I wouldn't have found anything before the store closed, and we were on a serious time crunch. He also loaded the very heavy and large items for me into my car. I really appreciate him going above and beyond to help me.

My experience at this store was amazing. The sales person was patient and kind in helping me with a big project.

Chris was an amazing associate to work with! I had many items I needed, scattered all over the store and all of them heavy/bulky to deal with. He stayed with me until my entire purchase was paid for and stowed in my car. Susan was a big help with the cabinetry I needed. The gentleman who assisted us with the vinyl was amazing and even tried to save me money! WOW - you don't get better customer service than that! It was an amazing experience and took far less time than I had anticipated. Thank you so much!

not only did the associate help me load my siding.....he walked me to the checkout, and walked with me to the SUV and helped me load it on. PERFECT

I went to my local Home Depot with a list of items to be used in renovating part of my home. I was not disapointed because I found everything I needed. I only needed the help of an associate to find one of the items. He was so helpful that he actually walked me to the item, rather than pointing and telling me where it might be.

They had great products for what I was doing to my closet. The associate that helped me was great and made the trip run smoothly, I wish I could remember his name. He cut down the products I needed to fit my space which I couldn't have done without him.

I'll keep coming back again, and again. Store was really great to be in. Picked the product, had it cut, helped me load it.....and I was gone. That's business ! ! ! SERVICE

Brought a client into the store to discuss new flooring options for a residential purchase. The sales associates were friendly and knowledgeable. We worked primarily with Basilio who showed us vinyl flooring, carpet and pad. After making our selections and explaining the scheduling process for measuring, he was able to give us a rough estimate based upon the room measurements we provided. It was very helpful and we are looking forward to seeing the final results!

There has never been a time when I've been at the store on Capital blvd. when I couldn't find someone if i needed help. When I was trying to match up moulding yesterday an associate was very helpful in matching it to what I needed, you guys are excellent !

We were in the garden center looking for border bricks that we had bought at Home Depot before. They did not have the same type bricks so we decided against buying something different. Employees were friendly and helpful. We did buy Vigoro White Marble chips. We will continue to use Home Depot as we usually find what we are looking for. We did buy counter tops from Home Depot after looking at other places and have been very happy with them. We are often running to Home Depot to pick up different items that are needed around our home.

Rebecca in appliances was so helpful when I was "just looking" that I had to return the next day to order a new dishwasher from her! When I'm ready for that new French door refrigerator, I will be going to her first, instead of "that other store"! Thanks Rebecca!

Store experience was in line with what I would expect from a Home Depot. The store met my expectations but didn't exceed my expectations based on my previous experiences (numerous) visiting other Home Depots. Probably the most important comment I could make would be to point out the fact that there are never enough associates at Home Depot. It is almost always somewhat difficult to find someone to provide assistance. Once an associate is found, they are almost always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

I am an Electrician and I visit the store almost daily and every time I get great service and help with what I'm looking for
