I happened to be passing the contractor desk while shopping. I heard someone talking (practically yelling) and I turned around and looked. The black haired lady from the contractor desk was literally YELLING at the cashier. I was shocked. Not only is this unprofessional but it really makes me wonder what kind of people does Home Depot hire to manager their workers? If anyone had done that to me in front of customers I would have walked away and quit. Does this "lady" have any common sense? Why in the world would you belittle and I mean belittle an employee where customers could see and hear? You have no idea how much sympathy I felt for that cashier. I KNOW this isn't a big deal to you but I will not shop at your Home Depot again. It's mainly because I would never give my money to a place where they allow their management treat employees like bad children

I shop at home depot because it has a military discount, DAV and veteran parking.

The associates and the store is great but do wish they had a bigger selection of items in store and more variety when it comes to bathroom Vanity and cabinets.

It is an adult toy store. There are always good quality items on sale. The associates are friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help.

Store was well kept, associates were acknowledging your presence by saying hello or can I help you. That's a customer service gesture that is lacking most every where else. It provides a feeling of appreciation for your patronage..

I needed clarification on pricing for a clearance item I was purchasing. I found Albert who was very helpful in locating the right person to ask. Tony was that person, and he was able to quickly sort out my inquiry, and provide the very nice price for my purchase. Quick, efficient, and very helpful. That is how I would rate Albert and Tony!

THE STORE IS WELL ORGANISED AND MORE THAN ANYTHING ELSE THE ASSOCIATES ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.

Needed some material to repair some trim around a window. Came across some PVC trim made by Veranda HP. Really great stuff. Costs a little more than wood, but doesn't rot, handles well on the saw, easy to install, and looks great. Been looking at another PVC product for door trim. Appreciate the wide range of products available. Goes all the way from the tried and true to the latest in product development. Good job Home Depot!

When planning my kitchen re-do, Betty was just priceless with suggestions, knowledge of the cabinets, length of time for completion, color choices, hardware. Her computer program showed me the view of the room with the new cabinets in place. We rearranged several times. She was always pleasant.

Great store. Great Products. Snow blower was currently sold out but I purchased one anyway since they offered a matching Menards 11% rebate if purchased before Jan 2nd. Offered to reserve product at a different location 15 miles away that had it in stock but I chose to pick it up on the 5th when more are arriving since snowfall is not projected in near future. Always accommodating.

I shop at this Home Depot regularly. The store associates and cashiers are friendly and efficient. The products I have purchased have been very good purchases. I have not had any problems with the home improvement items that I bought and used.

Can't walk through a Home Depot without being bombarded by associates asking to be of help. I understand their desire to be of help, but it can be overwhelming.
