I absolutely love the Randhurst location. I drive out of my way to go to this location. I have never had a bad experience here, and I always feel that they have the customer's back. I have had to return items here and they are always wonderful and very helpful. I purchased a fresh Christmas last year and the service was very sweet. The gentleman certainly helped us get into the spirit. I also have a special employee who always seems to be there and I refer to him as my personal advisor his name is Jim and is usually in hardware. My most recent experience was trying to find some Green Gobbler. Dan V from electrical helped me obtain some from another location. He was amazing! Love Randhurst Home Depot!

Andy Lee Store Manager doesn’t not get back to you when you have a situation. He says “I will certainly look into this for you and get back to you”. Well when Andy? This has been going on for several months now. I hate that I walked into this place and gave $15k.

A BIG BRAVO to LUKE AND JOSE, who went above and beyond their job. Trully awesome guys. I got a Dyna-Glo 5 burner Grill that was already put togetehr. Luke greeted me ( about 7:05 am) and was very helpfull. I grabbed it and went to pay, that's when Debra( cashier) was very friendly . She asked if i needed help, which i didn't think i did, so i declineD, Just to find out that the grill didn't fit in my suv. A customer saw me struggling with it and went inside to get help.At the same time JOSE was getting into work and asked me to wait a few mins. He went inside adn got a screwdriver , by that time LUKE was helping ... TRULLY a team work BOTH OF THEM SHOWED. THANKS GUYS!!!!

I visited the store earlier today after placing an online order. My intention was to utilize the curbside pickup. I was informed at the store that I needed to go to customer service for my order. It was concerning to me that the customer service employee was not wearing a mask, instead she had it pulled down to her chin, leaving her mouth and nose exposed. I was wearing a mask to protect myself and other customers and employees. I mentioned to the employee that the mask was supposed to cover her mouth and nose to protect her and the customer. She responded that the mask made it difficult to talk and that she had the glass partition to stand behind. She was not standing behind the glass. I asked about the curbside pickup and she said she didn't know if anyone could help me. After waiting several minutes, I finally took the cart and loaded my car myself (it was a very heavy load of river rocks and soil and could have used help). Needless to say this was a very disappointing customer experience. Home Depot did not deliver on the curbside pickup as advertised and more importantly, I did not feel safe with employees not wearing masks. The safety of employees and customers should be any company's number one priority. I did not feel that this was the case with Home Depot.

The products are properly organize. Me and my husband always shopped here.

In my 70’s with no husband has left me fending for myself in many areas. Purchasing and setting up a grill is over my capability. Imagine my surprise to see that Home Depot can build your grill for you! Ordering online was easy. It was built by the next day! I drove to the store and parked in a designated area for pickup. I called the store from my car. Two employees loaded it into my car. It was perfectly built with all parts and turned on the first time! Home Depot is now my store husband. Thank you.

I came to Home Depot with a problem I had with opening a Home Depot credit card. Umar had a lot of patience and took his time to help me through every step. I was incredibly satisfied with his help because my problem was solved in a short amount of time. Highly recommend this store.

Home Depot 1913 has been my go-to store for over 25 years. Finding things in a big-box store can be overwhelming, but the associates are always approachable, helpful, courteous, and engaging and save you time and effort. I always leave there with confidence and a bit more know-how time after time. There is little turnover of associates which tells us THD is an impressive organization. THD stocks quality products and stands by them. I rarely have a product problem, but they have a good return policy. Great Job, THD!

There are some very knowledgeable associates willing to help Do-it-yourselfers

The store is generally stocked and organized. I work in commercial contracting and shop here for business and it's usually fine. I also do woodworking on the side and shop here recreationally, and it's usually a pain. Whenever a lumber associate lets me look through the cull cart and make selections, the front end staff is completely clueless as to what cull is, how to ring it up, and never seeks input from the D21 associate or MOD and usually charges me incorrectly. Front end staff needs to be knowledgeable of hardware, as they work in a hardware store, not just know how to point the scanner and make change.

Love this location; very organized and multiple choices of materials.

Store was stocked and clean. Associates in abundance, very knowledgeable. Very easy to navigate store.

The products were easy to find.
