Professional staff that they are welling to listen and help

They have a good hrs easy for me to do anything before work easy to check out friendly staff and clean store..

Store is very good. Employees' helpfulness varies with employee. For example, the first employee gave me slightly incorrect directions. The cashier, on the other hand, was extremely courteous, handled my veteran's discount with ease and pointed out the sweepstates on the receipt. Her name was Ellen

Home Depot is a good source of basics for home maintenance, but it's so hard to get help, the garden center is shut down even when the store is open in the evenings, and you have to wade through a lot of 'stuff;' before you get to what you really need. No better than others, but no worse.

As I said before if it wasn't for that nice Dan from hardware I would have walked out , and never come back. I don't need to spend over and hour waiting to be waited on in patio furniture. Employee's all were smiling at me , but nobody would go out of their way to get me help.

order on line pickup few days later the guys made sure my wood was a good pick when i stopped.

LeShawn who is one of the mangers is a huge asset to this store. If you have any problems ever, please ask to talk to him. He is one of the most helpful store employees I’ve ever encountered. He price matched an in-store item to a similar online item not in the store, we didn’t even ask him to do this. He helped us in various departments, including plumbing, siding and garden. Truly an employee Home Depot should be proud to call theirs. He should be promoted!

Cashier Diane ( return desk) always make my visit enjoyable. She is one of a few people that are very nice, always smiling, helpful and very pleasant!!!!

I have 4 Home Depots within short driving distances. I usually pick the Mt. Prospect store because I think the employees are always very friendly and happy to help, not only with product info but also project advice.

The Randhurst store has a top-notch employees. They go above and beyond and helped me to locate the product I was looking for. The store was clean and organized. The associates were very friendly and helpful!

I have been in Mount Prospect for 16 years and I think this is the best customer service overall I have ever witnessed at Home Depot at Randhurst.

Helpful and friendly associates in the flooring department made my purchase quick and easy. Love the free install of carpeting too!
