I've been shopping at this store for years due to the location and the cleanliness of the store. Associates are always very friendly and helpful. I am always able to find the items I go in to purchase plus other items that are located in areas of interest.

My salesman was very helpful. Misty was really great checking me out and Dave and Mario were the best at loading my car. THANK YOU TO ALL

A couple of weeks ago, I needed help with a return and a purchase and I was running against time. One of the employees, Marissa was extremely helpful during this transaction and even helped me getting the bulky item out of my car. She was upbeat, friendly and wanted to make sure that I had a great shopping experience. Thank you - I did!

Each associate we encountered were helpful and fun. We had wood cut to specifics for our project and had a great cashier Paula. We also had been charged on an item that was found to have been put in the wrong spot. The return section gave us the sale price we thought we were getting. We also picked up our delivered custom closet door that is already up in our bedroom the next day. Works perfect!

I can'tremember the guys name, he was in his younger twenties, he was very helpful. Yay paint department!

Purchased a electrical tester and the associate that provided me assistance went above and beyond my expectations, by far. I wish I would have gotten his name but maybe the managers will review the video surveillance and somehow reward him.

My garage door opener died. I was at a loss as what to do. My first choice, was the correct one, I visited Home Depot and was put in touch with an associate that explained the training that employees attend so they can be better equipped to answer questions and offer solutions and products. I had no reason to look elsewhere as Home Depot offered several models/brands/sizes of garage door openers. I left feeling satisfied! My garage door opener has been installed now for two weeks, just in time for the rainy weather to hit!

When I walked to appliance area, was immediately greeted by Karen, offering to help find something. I showed her a printout listing a good deal from a different store on-line. She enlisted assistance from another associate who called someone named Rick to verify "Price Match Ability" who okay'd the transaction via phone. Good Team approach, fast service!

My cashier, Rebecca, was very nice and had a good sence of humor. She seemed as if she enjoyed her job. She even wrote down my new gift card balance on my card for me. Thanks Rebecca!

The associate in the Kitchen design area, Arianna, was very helpful. She helped me find the items I was looking for and she had a pleasant smile, and a friendly helpful attitude. She is the type of associate that makes me keep coming back to Home Depot. However, Cashier Sharon, was just the opposite. She had a scowl on her face and was very unfriendly. She made me feel like I was bothering her by making a purchase. She didn't greet me and hardly said 2 words to me during my transaction. When I choose Home Depot over Lowe's or Ace, I don't expect to be treated like a queen, but I do expect to be treated with respect. In the future, I will seek the help of nice associates like Arianna and avoid the ones like Sharon. If she is working a register when I need to make a purchase. I won't.

There was a parade of employees available. It is such a pleasure to go in a store where there are friendly ,knowledgeable staff, available through the store. Thank you

On my visit today, Store Associates were Super helpful in both aiding in product location with in store and in custom trimming my new window blinds.

I shop at Home Depot fairly often and use ACE as by backup, which rarely happens because HD carries pretty much everything you could possibly need for home projects up to full blown construction sites. If you need large kitchen appliances (stoves, frig) the Redding Home Depot is the place to go...not supposed to mention names, but ask for the lady in charge of the department!

Always love roaming around the store. The selection is always very good and the aisles are wide and uncluttered. I'd recommend this store to anyone who needs parts, products, and services. Thank you, Home Depot!

I wanted to purchase a washer & dryer for my daughter for Christmas. Home Depot had an inexpensive set which I purchased. The sales associate was very helpful & she was there when I needed someone so I didn't have to wait. Completely satisfied !
