I easily found the brand name of the toilet that I wanted. When I was a younger man, I would have been able to install it myself. I appreciated the fact that Home Depot could arrange to have someone to install it for me at a reasonable cost without me having to hire a plumber on my own to do it. I've had experience with Home Depot installing a not water heater. They have an entire department that will handle any issues that may arise from the outside installers that Home Depot uses so no worries there. The store had the both the brand and the type of toilet that I needed in stock. The price was competitive. I got 12 months no interest on my Home Depot credit card. The associate at Home Depot that helped me was really good and even called her supervisor when something came up that she needed help with. The whole purchase process didn't take a long time. I was relatively in and out in a reasonable period of time. I'm sure to come back again when I needed another appliance, toilet or anything else for my kitchen or bath that needs to be installed and probably for some outdoor furniture and some plants with it being April and all. I need to work on my front and back yard. I can pretty much find everything at Home Depot that I need for the maintenance on my house.

Store is neat and prices are reasonable. Employees are helpful.

When you need it...Home Depot has it!

I went to this location in search of flowers. The price was displayed as .88. The associate advised the sales was no longer and that she couldn’t adjust the price. After the sale was complete, as I was leaving another customer had a similar complaint. The associate told that customer that customer that she could make an adjustment. I’d like to point out that I am a black woman, the customer that came behind me was a white woman. After I brought it the associates attention, she then went and gave me 3 flowers to “make up” for the issue. No apology, no updated receipt, just handed me 3 more flowers and walked away. This is NOT okay and needs to be addressed IMMEDIATELY. In today’s socio-political climate, this type of behavior and treatment does not help with the resolution of our nation’s current divide, MARIA!!!!!

They should renumber this store to #1! Every other HD on the planet wishes it had the staff and pure awesomeness that 0272 has! Everything is stocked and clean daily. Never have to ask twice for a hand or advice. Store is laid out logically and you can be in and out pretty quick.

The store was clean and the products were easy to find. The associates at the kitchen were friendly and helpful .

Cashier was nice. Mask policy is not needed. It was hard to find a certain screw or nail size I was looking for.

The staff here is rude and do not want to help. I called to get my delivery pushed up if possible and found out that both deliveries will be going to the incorrect address and has my husband name spelled wrong. If I would not called to see if I could get my date moved up I would have never gotten my appliances.

Very clean, and they have everything you need for your home needs.

Everyone over there are very friendly and always willing to help.

Great store, Friendly And knowledgeable employees,

Most of the time when you go in, you can't find any help and if you do find the employees they are in the very back of the store. They also don't make eye contact and avoid conversation. They are working on displays, which is appealing. The morning staff is quite helpful, afternoon staff is not so much. They are also not so helpful when it comes to showing you where things are. I would like to say that they are good with individualized help but unfortunately they are not.

Move the ladders and other equipment that you use to stock out of the way instead of most of the time they are left in the middle of the isle.

The store and personnel were fine. The subcontract with progressive is an extremely costly model. I would not recommend this due to the high cost

In this time of COVID I've found it challenging to find some items available. I always end up back at Home Depot because even if I can't get my first choice I am always able to find other options.

I shop at the Home Depot at Regency. I am able to always get assistance when I need it! Being a woman I need assistance often! I have found from the Cashiers, Customer service, Floor employees, Floor Supervisors and Managers they are there to serve their customers. They are kind, professional and go the extra mile to assist you! They are to be commended for their service and they are a credit to Home Depot!

Sometime shopping at a large home-improvement store to get a large heavy item is an iffy proposition. However, my recent experience at the Home Depot at Regency was stellar. Friendly associate immediately assisted with getting large item from top shelf (needed a fork lift) and the rest of the process and people encountered were all very pleasant and got me out quickly. So nice to know that this type of excellent service still happens. J.Williams

Store is alway busy and long lines, need more dependable employees to help with the rushes.

No matter what department I am shopping in or have a question in regard to that department I can ALWAYS find an associate to assist me. With the competitor I have a hard time getting any assistance and I believe it's because I'm a female. Home Depot doesn't care about your gender and doesn't assume that only males need assistance in electric, plumbing, flooring, etc...

This Home Depot is pleasant to visit. It is usually well stocked.

I needed two different products from two different locations within the store and the employees were able to direct me to exactly where they were. It was easy to find assistance.

How old Home Depot stores at go to Regency Square is the number one that sing I heard about one in Tampa probably out this does this one the other stores in Jacksonville are too small to cram and when they get busy it's hard to get through get products if you're looking for the one reason Square plenty of space planting protection and if it's too lean appreciate people that work there excellent
