I'm happy with the products I've purchased!

Winnie and with just a picture of a paint sample and was helped by the lady at the paint counter, she was able to give me exactly what I came in for. Checked out with the sweetest rep after going in without my car she was able to put in her numbers and pull my card up by my drivers license.

Always score the good purchases in the discounted section. Always looking to save as much as possible. Saved almost 50 percent on special order flooring that wasn't picked up. Looked better than what I was going to get at half the price

Tina went out of her way to fulfill my request. I asked to be checked out at the service desk and she did without knowing that it requested it because I have a bad knee that was hurting.

It's a good location. I've never had a bad experience. It can sometimes be hard to find an associate when you need one. But generally, when you do, they are knowledgeable and helpful.

Everything I buy from HD am more than satisfied with it.

I WAS HELPED BY DEBBIE BALIEY AND I FEEL SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO ASSIST ME, ESPCAILLY SINCE I WAS GIVEN WRONG INFORMATION AFTER CALLING 1-800-216-0796. WE WORKED TOGETHER FOR ABOUT 3 HOURS TO GET MY ORDER STRAIGHT AND MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS CORRECT. GRAY AND JOHNATHAN, THE SUPERVISORS WERE VERY HELPFUL IN ASISTING MS. BALIEY. HOWEVER, MS. DAUGHTRY WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I COULD HEAR HER YELLING THROUGH THE PHONE, SHE CANCELLED MY ORDER WITHOUT SPEAKING TO ME FIRST NOR DID NOT COME TO SPEAK WITH ME AFTER I REQUESTED TO SPEAK WITH HER IN PERSON.

The people at Home Depot made my day! I had a lot to do with painting. The lady in the paint department was extremely informative and helpful and Lisa, the cashier made me laugh and smile at the daunting task I had before me. I walked out there, feeling great!

Employees went above and beyond to help me.

I was provided excellent customer service by the assistant manager. He was very accommodating.

Lisa, at checkout, was the first and only employee to greet me, provide any customer service, and thank me. She was courteous, kind, welcoming, smiling, professional. I wish every employee was like Lisa. Only reason I didn't give this store 1 star was because of Lisa.

Had to wait 45 minutes to her a tool unlocked to purchase. Terrible that the associates that came to help were not able to get a manager on duty to help them!

James helped me today w/ an extensive list-both large and small items. I couldn't have had a better experience!!! He walked w/me to all depts/loaded all my items for me, went to register w/ me then loaded everything in my car. Very nice and pleasant.

I detest "self-checkout." I will wait in line to get a real cashier. Today, I was lucky to get into Lisa's line, and it was a great experience of customer care and service. She was friendly, helpful, professional, and genuinely warm. I wish they could clone her and open all the registers.

I practically live at this store. Excellent product selection, they don't reset departments so it's easy to find stuff, especially with the app. I would suggest that when a customer is purchasing a product that requires age verification the employee just do that without commenting on the customers age. That would make the experience more enjoyable.

Home Depot is my "go to" store because they still believe in customer service and are very helpful.

I went shopping yesterday and my cashier Lisa was so awesome. She went out of her way to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed for the project I was working on! She informed me that the wood I was getting was actually priced by the foot and not by the plank. And I just really appreciated her going above and beyond
