Home away from home, been shopping here since the day it opened (or should I say, since it moved from Atlantic and Southside 31 years ago). have seen a lot of people come and go (retire), and move on to other stores and formed a lot of friendships that are truly sometimes the only reason that keeps me coming back, the few that are still here!!! They know who they are...well, y'all do too...Good people!

Problem solved! Found similar but better boards to insert between existing boards on the bed frame.

I went to all the home improvement stores in the area and found better products here and the service was outstanding.

I had employees watch as a handicap senior citizen had to load his order which was 60lb bags of concrete without trying to help me

Ik BOUGHT THE REFRIGERATOR A Week ago!

If a certain item is selling 'HOT' then more of that particular 'HOT' item ought to be ordered more on the incoming truck instead of making the customer's coming in to get that item because they need more to complete their project. Yet, instead we had to wait nearly a week for the item to come in and customer service wouldn't allow me to do a 'WILL CALL' purchase in advance. That did put a small sour taste for our shopping experience.

The staff at this location were great. They were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and such. They did a great job in helping me and answering my questions. The store was stocked adequately and clean. However, the layout of the store, specifically the location of the motorized carts was not thought out. The motorized carts for the handicapped shoppers should be placed by the front doors, just like regular shopping carts. However, in this store, the motorized shopping carts are placed by the exit doors. This makes no sense at all. Do better Home Depot.

Haven in the flooring department is the best. She is very diligent and most helpful. She was scheduled to take her lunch break but would not go until after she solved the problem with my estimate.

Years ago HD hired well trained experianced employees Now no knowledge, no experiance, no help.

This store is always open. It seems like seven days a week 10 o’clock at night all 6 o’clock in the morning. I love it and they’re so convenient. They have everything I could ever ask for there. I buy all my tools from there. Life would be so difficult without Your store. Thank you again.

Cashiers have private conversations about inappropriate issues while checking out customers. The cashiers don’t take pride in their jobs and place their personal feeling about doing their actual job. There was a cashier who was a Naval veteran who was the only person actually doing his job and no engaging in ridiculous conversations while at work.

I went to return something I picked up by mistake, I was part of a extremely long line because a Contractor ,they should have there own return area as well

This Home Depot runs like a Publix store, but here's where this Home Depot is different: you don't expect this type of customer service. It's like a virus; the entire building is infected with providing great quality service 😀.

Military discount is a joke been there 4 times had a problem every time.how come they can't fix this

Braddy waked by and saw me staring at some equipment, stopped, and asked if I needed any help? Yes I replied. He immediately stop what he was doing and answered some questions and not only pulled the equipment I wanted he loaded the equipment in a cart and stored it at the service desk until I was ready to go. It was a pleasant experience.

Winnie and with just a picture of a paint sample and was helped by the lady at the paint counter, she was able to give me exactly what I came in for. Checked out with the sweetest rep after going in without my car she was able to put in her numbers and pull my card up by my drivers license.

Always score the good purchases in the discounted section. Always looking to save as much as possible. Saved almost 50 percent on special order flooring that wasn't picked up. Looked better than what I was going to get at half the price
