How can I fix drafty windows?

If your drafty windows need replacing but you need to make it through the winter first, seal them up tight for best results. Caulk the gaps well, then seal the entire window using a window insulation kit with plastic film and a hair dryer. Add fabric insulation snakes along the bottom for extra warmth. Finally, trap and warm the air around the windows with blackout curtains or heavy drapes. Replace the windows as soon as possible.

What projects can I work on when the weather is cold?

When the temps drop outside, it's challenging to work outdoors. However, cleaning up the yard before spring gives the earth time to resettle before plants start growing again. An afternoon organizing the shed or garage will pay off when the weather warms. If your tools and gardening supplies are all set, tackle cleaning the rest of the house. Get out the cleaning supplies and cleaning tools, then give everything a good scrub.

How can chainsaws help with winter and spring yard cleanup?

If you've got scrap wood and pallets sitting in the weeds, chop them up with a chainsaw in the spring so you can dispose of them or store them properly. Spring is a good time to organize the firewood pile and trim tree branches too. Before firing up your Makita chainsaw, ensure that the chain isn't rusted or dull and that it's been oiled. Then, while wearing the proper safety equipment, use your gas or electric chainsaw to cut the wood. Make evenly sized pieces for effective storage.

Kids Workshops are free in-store events that take place every first Saturday of the month between 9am and noon. You may reserve your Kids Workshop kit by registering online for the event. We have a new kit pack every month to keep your little doer engaged. Any required tools, such as paint, are provided at the workshop. Great Experience

I stopped by my local Home Depot as I was looking to buy a weber grill. The grills were located in a easy to see location and I found the exact Weber grill I was looking for at a great price. I contacted the associate at the customer service desk named Angie. From this point on Angie took charge of my request and recruited 2 other associates, (Tim and Dale) to assist her. They worked together to lower down my grill from the shelving unit safely and properly. Dale and Tim also helped me load the grill into my car. Great overall experience.

Amazing employees

Great customer service

John was extremely helpful on both of our shopping trips for a new washer/dryer. His personal experience helped us decide as we were conflicted in what brand to purchase. He did not try to sell the most expensive, but have his opinion on the most reliable options.

Great Service!

Kevin, Mike and Deb in the Pro Pickup area were fantastic. Quickest I have ever picked up and order...and this one was with a lot of custom help. They got a 4X8 sheet of plywood for me...cut it to 5''X 30" and put all the pieces in my SUV. They cut hard insulation board in half and loaded in my car. They loaded a new toilet for me. They went and picked out screws for installing cement board for me while I picked up another order. It was incredible!
