I am in the process of some kitchen renovations. The staff (especially Danielle and Kelsey) in the flooring and kitchen departments have been extremely helpful and patient with all of my decision making. I am looking forward to the finished product!

Friendly, neat, and well organized.

I like to go to this store because I know where everything is that I need and if I can't find it or am not sure how to solve a problem, someone is always there to provide a suggestion or help me on my way! I have been seeing many of the same workers for years and this must be because they are satisfied and treated fairly or I imagine they wouldn't stay. Also, I get great enjoyment seeing the birds that have made your store their home. As a bird owner, I know how messy they can be but I never see evidence of this in the Riverdale store.

Have been to this Home Depot location many times over the years, including for a kitchen remodeling. Great staff, always helpful and knowledgeable about my needs. The same experience in other Home Depots as well, Riverdale is my usual store.

Cashier was very good. Other staff was a mix of poor to OK. Help was not so good - heard "not my department", what you need is in ... and it was wrong. 1/2 of staff friendly, other half not.

getting assistance is usually a challenge because the store is busy. When I finally do locate someone that is available they are always helpful.

I was looking for a gift for my husband and my best friend for fathers day,i must say i had wonderful service from sales person Rob he was the best and the cashier named Meidy was the best,i really have to say this has been the best service i have ever had at this store and i thank you so very much,this was at the store on rout 23 in Riverdale NJ ,thanks again M Burton.

Good shopping experience.

Everyone from the young man bringing the shopping carts back to the store, to the individuals working at the variety of aisle I had to visit and purchase items from to the wonderful cashier named Jacqueline who helped me with my order and to open a Home Depot account- all were super professional, patient, knew their areas of specialties. I don't know anything about things in this type of store, so I was really impressed with the manner they helped me. They were all kind, knowledgeable and again VERY professional. I was impressed and I don't impress easily!

Polite and knowledgeable customer service.

I'm an 88 year old grandmother. I don't see and walk very well. Each time I go to the Home Depot in Riverdale, there is always a friendly salesperson to help me. This week, a young man helped me pick out red and pink geraniums for my garden. He helped me though check out and carried the flowers to my car. Thank you Steve. Grandma Nancy, Pompton Lakes

Shopping at the Riverdale Home Depot is always a pleasant experience....especially since the associates seem to sincerely want to be helpful. I have received valuable help in many instances as the associates certainly have a lot of expertise in their fields. Thanks Guys and Gals.....you've made my small jobs a lot easier.

Supply's were easily accessible and employees were helpful.

The pro desk associates (Shannon, Sally, Christine, Bob & Bob) at the riverdale store blow every other store out of the water in the surrounding areas. Everyone has great personality and is quick to help with anything that's needed. I recommend the riverdale store to homeowners that are 45 min away just because of the customer service they have!

I have noticed lately in all stores that it is hard to find help. I was pleasantly surprised at Home Depot that there were staff members in all areas of the store ready to help. The staff was polite and made a large purchase so convenient by allowing me to pull my truck into the back of the store where it was loaded with a forklift. I also noticed the prices were much lower than at other stores. I was very impressed overall.

It has what you need. but the emploees look run down. Home Depot either doesn't have enough people working or isn't supporting their staff like they should.

Getting help loading heavy things into your vehicle is a joke.

The staff is usually very helpful. On rare occasion I may ask for assistance and I will be disappointed but it's rare. The store is always neat and clean and the inventory is maintained very well.
