LINES TOO LONG, ESPECIALLY FOR CASH CUSTOMERS.

I would like to single out Chris and Samantha for going the extra bit to make sure my purchase went smoothly. I had a 200 dollar gift card that refused to work online or the store. After having spent over an hour on the customer service line with no resolution I was quite frustrated. Your staff to the time to make sure the card was accepted

The workers are always very helpful and make shopping easier.

The customer service was horrible. One woman doing anything, and as far as I could see the other 2 were standing to the side chatting it up. Then the woman helping me told me I could NOT return the battery core for my tractor to this store, since I did not purchase the battery here! I had researched this prior to coming and evey thing I saw said it was no problem. Even the manager tried to tell me that. I refused that answer, and they gave in, told me they were making an exception for me.

Associates are always there to help. need place to sit around store for handicapped.

The Home Depot in Riverdale is my go to home improvement store. They always have what I need and the associates working there have always been very approachable and helpful. I do a lot of shopping in the garden center and the cashier that I usually see there, Christopher, is great! He helps customers out with any questions or needs they have. When checking out with him he is always very friendly and kind.

Ran out of home heating oil @ 9:30 on a Saturday night when the temperature dropped below freezing. Found out the hard way that our oil provider does not offer emergency service in the evenings. Ran over to Home Depot to get some diesel gas canisters to get us through the night only to find out the store closed at 9:00. Fortunately we were able to speak to some of the guys who were locking up/leaving, explained the situation and without hesitating grabbed to canisters and opened up a register. Bill and Ken were terrific, made us feel like we were back in the days of the neighborhood hardware store. Absolutely terrific customer service.

I realize that paint isn't the most exciting thing to buy - but the employee that handled my request was courteous and quickly made up my custom mixed order for paint. Advised me how long it would take for them to mix it, in case I wanted to shop around, asked if I had everything I needed to complete the job.

By far my favorite Home Depot! The staff is extremely friendly and eager to help.. The store is clean and the checkout lines go very quickly! All in all, it’s just a fantastic store!!

Great location and selection for any Home Improvement Project

Actually easy to find someone to help you. Unbelievably, employees are friendly and helpful. Not the same dreaded experience I usually have at other Home Depots. Also, they had everything in stock that I needed. I will drive out of my way to come her because I know I will talk to knowledgeable and friendly employees who are willing to help.

In the gardening section get Christopher for check out. He is polite, funny, and keeps that line moving.

We were outside by pavers and plants, help was offered in both areas, and was helpful in finding what we were looking for!

When checking out, there was a sale on the tools bogo free. The tools rang up as not on sale, so the nice cashier Cheryl, called over this guy with a patterned purple,orange, black, and green shirt on. He came over and said there was basically nothing he could do and if we still wanted the tools. After asking him several times to show us the ones on sale, he just refused to help and walked away. He was so rude to us and kept taking his mask off several times when talking to us. Finally we went to go find someone to help us ourselves. The guy who helped us was working in the tool department, was wearing a baseball hat and had dark hair, kind of on the shorter side. He helped us and was very nice.

We had a great experience here. Very helpful in the paint department. Didn't rush us- helped us find the correct paint for our deck. We were very appreciative.

Used garden center several times recently. Found staff helpful and pleasant. Good selection of items I was looking for. Found items I needed.

Waited 45 min to get service in appliance dept. Many customers walked away. Only 1 person working and customer service new the problem but didn't get additional help
