associated by the appliance sections are terrible . Not helpful at all they judge you by the way you look . terrible

We had to ask where 2 different items were & both associates were very helpful

I ordered online for store pickup and one of the items could not be found even though the computer said several were available. Andy checked all over the store and Celia and Tiffany checked computers for stock location. After being unable to find the item I had purchased I was given a better quality item than I had purchased without my asking. Couldn't have asked for better service! Thank you

Store is well organized and predictable. If I'm not browsing, I can go straight to my intended items and be in and out in minutes. Parking is always sufficient, inventory is always good, and prices are fair.

Bought a Koler faucet, zoomed in zoomed out. Great selection and lots of self checkouts and cashiers.

HomeDepot has become ubiquitous in my life now that I am remodeling my home, and doing the lion's share of the work myself. The store is relatively close to my home so the convenience is a big plus!

Isles were cluttered with black friday specials for xmas blockes walkways

I made a purchase of an early Black Friday microwave. Unfortunately when I returned home, I realized it was a counter top and not over the range type. I returned it within the hour and purchased the correct model. Everyone that helped me, including the sales associates, the cashiers and the young man who loaded my items into the care were extremely courteous, friendly, and helpful. I also filled out the application for the 5% discount, which I was not aware of, thankfully the cashier had mentioned it to me.

The Weekend Warriors were out in force on Saturday, but the front door Greeter directed me to the AC filter area, found them and went to the paint dept. for Qt. of flat white acrylic paint got it and stopped at the paint counter to have it shaken. The associate was very helpful and as we chatted I told him I'm an artist and use the paint in place of gesso to prime my canvases. He suggested an alternative and brought me the Kilz 2 acrylic primer/stain sealer. Told me to try it if I didn't like it to bring it back and Home Depot would refund my money. Got home primed my canvas with two coats and this morning it's great, all I need is a light buff sanding and I'm ready to paint; two coats worked as well as 4 of the house paint. I stretch my own canvases too and Home Depot is my go to art supply store for the lumber. Clean store, fast, friendly, knowledgeable outside the box thinking associate, and I SAVED $$$.

I visited that store from time to time. I am a home owner and almost always need help. Overall the staff is always helpful. The atmosphere is great. Love the greetings and the staff their readiness to assist upon entering. You get that feeling of welcome and it surely makes ones shopping a pleasant one. Overall the store is clean and the aisles are not cluttered. the store is well lighted and it is easy to find the items needed.
