I've been going there for years. The people are always helpful and I can always find what I need.

Went to Lowe's, mistake, no help. Was looking for an electric fireplace. Cashier called for associate. Came right away. He was very knowledgable and just a friendly guy. He suggested the Niya cherry fireplace and I couldn't be happier! Paid for my product, and another friendly associate helped me out and loaded my purchase with such great care not to cause damage. When I got home, I realised I didn't have the user's manual, so I called the associate who first helped me. He said he will print one out for me. I've worked in the retail business, so I know what good customer service is, and these two associates went beyond. Will be doing my future home improving from the Home Depot. Thank You, great experience.

I had a great experience with Victor. He helped me get everything in a timely fashion. He was also very personable and knowledgable. I feel confident going forward with my weekend project. I will be sure to come back to this Home Depot because of him.

I had a rather complicated warranty issue which was handled in a very courteous way by manager of the store Trinidad. He went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. I was pleasantly surprised by being treated in such a personable way at a "big box" store. It definitely changed my opinion favorably of Home Depot.

From the cashier in the yard and garden section to the gentleman who tried to load the big wheelbarrow in my small car, everyone was helpful and warm.

This is very clean and well supplied store. You can find everything what you need for your home improvement projects. I wished they will have more quality tools made in ….”well developed countries”

When the product was delivered I got the wrong kind of OSB....it came with tongue and groove and I couldn't have that so I called back and Miguel at the PRO desk helped. He was very nice and remembered to enter my pro rewards number without my even having to ask. I usually use the store on Bicennetial Way in Santa Rosa but they did not have 2 x 4 x 14 lengths so I had to use the Rohnert Park Store. I used to use Rohnert Park a lot in the past but Bicentennial Way is closer. They are both very good stores. Home Depot has a great return policy and I have found both stores to be very helpful. I sometimes use the Windsor store......but mainly the Bicenntenial Way store.

I purchased a new refrigerator from Lowe's about 6 months ago. The water filter in the fridge needed replacement. I went to Lowe's for the filter. The single person in appliances was helping a customer. After 25 mins it was my turn. The associate said their display directions for finding your filter "don't work" and pointed to a blank spot on the shelf. "That's probably your filter there, and we're out. We are supposed to get some in on Thursday. Maybe 2 or 3. I have heard others getting them on Amazon for $25." Bottom line - no filter. I went into Home Depot. There were 3 people in the appliance section. I asked where the refrigerator water filters were, and the associate asked if I had the model number of the unit. I did, and I gave it to him. 2 mins later I was walking to the register with a filter at 1/2 the price of the name brand. Excellent work Home Depot. Now, clean up those aisles, and use some brighter lights and you'd be perfect.

Everything was super orderly and clean. The sales associates seemed more interested that I got exactly what I needed than making a 'sale' on my account. I appreciaed that very much. I am green to the remodeling departmenta nd needed as much honest info as possible. Thanks again!

Went to a competitor that was near first, stood around, searched for an associate just to be told it was out of stock. Went to home depot, sales associate approached me and within secconds i had what i was looking for, self checkout and i was out the door, great experience, then again i should've gone to home depot in the first place

I was met and greeted by an associate who stopped what she was doing just to assist me.

This Place Rocks my socks off every time I walk through the door. I need to wear combat boots just to shop here. The staff is always ready and waiting, I enjoy their eager spirit to help me with my needs. I wish I could spend more time here just to find out everything they have but duty calls, speaking of... I got to go now. Thanks for everything Rohnert Park Home Depot, you guys Rock My Socks!!!

In comparison to other Home Depot Stores - the actual inventory in this store is outstanding. My only issue was one of the Associates - when we asked if we could have help - said he was currently on his lunch break - 'his time' as he put it. I do understand this concept - but the lack of assistance after the fact, i.e. he didn't even TRY to find someone else was really just testament to my basic issue with Home Depot in general - there is never anyone around when you need them and they really don't go beyond their basic assistance guidance. However, for Home Depot - this store was really a very good experience as where I'm from - Silicon Valley - you can't ever find what you need when it comes to things like tile.

Bobby could not have been more helpful in assisting me. I bought several windows and doors and he was so patient and knowledgeable. It was my best Home Depot experience ever!

It is so nice to be able to visit a hardware store late at night and have the employees bend over backward to help me and find everything I needed except a 42" door. Thanks!

I came in because you had the moen faucet that I liked and I originally found it online. As soon as I entered the store I asked an associate where the restrooms were located, for my 11 year old., they were super friendly and helpful and showed us exactly where to go.. Then we went right to the faucet area and found the Moen faucet I was looking for. Also upon going to the check out we found the sticky felt pads for the couch, Bonus......... Thanks for always having what we need...... Theresa

Employee Mark Warner was friendly and quick to help me get in and out! No hassles and extremely knowledgeable!

An older sales associate was very helpful when we were looking for a washing machine. He was not pushy but gave us great information ; suggested I use the in store kiosk. We did purchase a LG washer from him. When I returned later that week for something else he remembered me and made me feel very comfortable. That sort of customer service seems to have gone by the wayside recently . Because of this associate we will return to the Rohnert Park store for all our needs even though a similar store is closer to our home.

Associates very helpful and accommodating in the garden department. There was hardly anyone there, so I zipped in and zipped out.

Dave at the Pro Desk handled my requests and purchase quickly and in a very helpful manner. He totally knew what he was doing and since I own a construction business I appreciate excellent help because it makes my job so much easier.

The store was clean and the cashier was very friendly.
