If you need anything electrical be sure not to talk to an older man named Bob. He was extremely condescending, rude and unhelpful when my wife asked him some questions about a ceiling fan. I had the displeasure of dealing with him when I tried to buy some bulk wire. At first I said I needed 10 feet and then as he was measuring it and before he cut it I realized I only needed 6 feet, which I told him, and was met with a huge groan and complaining as he rewound the 4 feet. After I checked out I realized even though I only got 6 feet (actually he only gave me 5’ 4”) he still charged me for 10 feet! Once he was done helping me another customer came up and made a remark about how long he had been waiting for help and Bob made a smartalec remark before helping him.

One employee had his hands all over me and when I went back to complain the next day was treated horrible about my complaint. Very poor customer service in regards to a violation of my personal space. If I could give them a Zero I would

The store was organized and Victor was helpful and helped me get what I needed fast. I think he has only been there for about 18 years so he know the store.

If I was to remodel my home in this area as I have done in the passed Twenty five years with much assistance from Home Depot knowledgeable sale people and material Bargains I would do it over again.

I just wanted to say thank you for having a Home Depot in Rohnert Park, CA. It's great the same helpful staff that can direct me to items I need. In many cases the store personnel are very knowledgeable in either plumbing, electrical or just well rounded in many areas.

Usually we don't have a problem with Home Depot but this time it was a pain.Tried to pay our order with a check but the machine wouldn't ok it. One of the employees said we would have to go our bank and have a printed out check instead of a handwritten one. Who ever heard of that ! So went to our bank and told them what happened and they could not believe it. So instead of a printed out version we got a cashiers check. Took it back to Home Depot and tried to pay our order again. After going to the self help and the contractors desks (they couldn't help us) the person over at the main desk finally was able to help us. What waste of our time. Hopefully it doesn't happen again because are checks were ok'd by our bank.

Employees at this location are extremely helpful. Its a bit out of the way for me but worth it.

I have to go to Home depot several times a month. I can always rely on VICTOR to provide #1 service. He knows where everything is and what it's for. He's amazing. He speaks multiple languages, has a terrific sense of humor, and makes one feel that the several hundreds of dollars one spends @ Home Depot is an investment, not an expense. Always look for VICTOR when you have anything you need at Home Depot. The store was clean and bright!

I worked with Gloria Buckner for my kitchen remodel. She is excellent. Thorough and precise, detail oriented and a great problem solved. I would recommend her for any kitchen project you need to do. You couldn't ask for better service.

This store has exceptional associates working for them. Everyone I have been in contact with has been very helpful and one of them helped me with a faucet question and, in my opinion, went beyond the requirements expected by an employee. He made sure that he used all of his resources to address my question. This store also has a greater which will assist you in finding what you need. Everyone knows where everything is located in the store and if they don't they look it up on their electronic store locator - I cannot say enough great things about the associates that work at this store. This is what makes a store great - the employees that work there!

TERRIBLE. Let’s go back a few months. Placed a will call order totaling roughly $7k in sales. Placed days in advance to ensure it would be ready. Sold half the products I ordered, and the order wasn’t even ready. A month later, my 8mo pregnant wife bought an ac unit and asked for assistance loading it, never came. She waited for an hour and a half before a customer helped her. Today, was buying a few power tools and several other things, needed a product down from the top shelf, waited an hour for a lift driver to come, never did. Home Depot let’s me down. Taking my annual thousands spent on tools materials and other things elsewhere

This location has great customer service and plenty of parking because it is never too crowded. It is also well stocked.

The Home Depot team member that helped us went above and beyond to help us get exactly what we wanted and all the info. to check out our "will call" order. He was not assigned to the department we were shopping in, but was not at all hesitant to assist us. Store was clean and the associates we encountered were friendly and helpful.

I would recommend this store for most items except purchasing Sheet Flooring for installation. They cannot give you a delivery and installation date. We waited over one month after the material was in the store before it was installed and the store clerk just kept saying "be patient"..

would not honor military discount with VFW/American Legion card

This Home Depot has a knowledgable, helpful and friendly staff. They always have what I need and if they do not, they will either locate the item at another store or order the item.
