this store never has anyone to help and when some one shows up they don't have a clue what they are talking about and pretty much guess the answer

Love the convenience of having Home Depot in local area.

This store is organized and I had no problem finding the items I was shopping for. The sales associate was very helpful and introduced some other products that may interest me in future purchases.

The store was a little disorganized and slow checkout. It had all the items I needed.

The HomeDepot located on Roosevelt Blvd. & Adams Ave in Philadelphia, PA was a mess from the parking lot to the difficulty of just trying to maneuver a shopping cart through the messy store after a challenge of just trying to find a cart. The final straw and worst part of the store was the rude and inappropriate comment making security guard.

Parking lot should be improved. The road is rough.

I felt very much at home in the store and found that the associates are well trained and knowledgeable. They knew exactly what I wanted and what would suit my home environment. Assistance from beginning to end was great! Oh! I forgot to mention that I found it incredible that an associate was quite nice in helping to explain how a particular equipment works and was patient to help me to find the accessories for it! And it wasn't even his department!

Excellent visit and customer service. Service Reps were very informative and gave detail locations to find products which decreased my time wondering around the store.

Every time I shop at this Home Depot I find what I need quickly. The associates are always available for help when needed.

I had purchased a day earlier a honeywell thermostat, which appeared to have been opened previously but didnt notice till I got back on job, the thermostat didnt work. I brought it back, homedepot exchanged it for an unopened thermostat. and brought several other items

There a man in the paint department please keep him in his.department he knows his department and know paint know what he doing kind nice the best

I was very happy with the help from store associates

The products that i purchased were fans. They were easy to find and the home depot that i visited were fully stocked.

Was having a bad Monday morning,needed to return some stuff.When I came into store the line was long and I was annoyed.The store associate was a young lady by the name of Danika.I was watching her with the customers before me.Every person in her line left her register with a smile,myself included.It was something about her personality that made the differance.I will recommend that Home Depot to everyone I work with!There was 8 people in line I spent a total of 15 minutes,that s awsome.

Geneva was very helpful and it wasn't even her dept. She even had to climb the ladder to obtain my items. 2 thumbs up for her.

Good experience But hope better prices. Also I couldn't find a vacuum filter which I bought 1 year ago. However I found it at WalMart

I Needed shelving cut and was able to get help from a helpful employee. He Cut the wood and advised how much it would cost.
