I don’t know where the night management are nor how management does a turnover sheet but clearly it’s not being done. Customers have to walk into a dirty junky store at door opening. Why are they having team meetings and cashiers cleaning their areas at store opening. I don’t get it at all.

I couldn’t get someone to open the cage for what I wanted for a half hour I then left the store disappointed

Keith the appliance expert informed us on all details, he explained throughly on each appliance we wanted. Then He had us watch a video which was extremely helpful. He went over and beyond to make sure we were secure in our purchase! Thank you Keith I am grateful you were there to help us! Keep up the awesome job!

I purchased a stackable washer and dryer. To accommodate me in my home since became disabled from Multiple Sclerosis. After the dryer doesn't work and they won't send service because my contractor installed. I saw no foot notes online saying Home Depot had to install. So contractor did 2 birds 1 stone. Called within 24 hours. Told me coming then cancelled. I did not spend $1500 for a broken unit. Could have went to the second hand store for this service. Horrible.

The Staff here is the Best! They are friendly, kind and never too busy to assist you with whatever You need. The store has many features so you can see exactly how things should be set up once you get them home, No Guessing. Everyone Is Helpful!

The store employee was so nice & caring !

I had a great experience in the customer service dept. I went to pick up my special order and was advised to get another type of rock salt for the ice/snow while I wait. It was a good advice because I really needed the rock salt for my sidewalks at home due to all the ice and slippery conditions of the winter.

Tiana the cashier was great and helped with my checkout with a odd issue I was having with my perk usage and got us additional help

This store have what I am looking for most of the time.

Keith was excellent from beginning to end In attending to me and my fiancé to help us find and get what we were looking for. We bought a double stack washer and dryer and it was a great experience to have someone help us with so much knowledge.

We expect to save a great deal on our water bill with this product. Our neighbor had told us of the difference in their water bill after they had purchased and installed this product.

The place was great other than some unorganized areas I was able to find everything I needed and the employees were a great help!

Frank was very helpful in cutting my wood. He measured it for me and cut them perfectly

Store was organized and staff was helpful and friendly. Not my favorite place to hang out but spouse is a contractor and we had a home project and the team at this store made my shopping experience that much better.

Was refused a replacement product on a Husky purchase that is covered 100% per store policy. The Husky precision screwdriver is covered for-the lifetime of the tool and was told I needed a reciept for a product I purchased over a year ago. Not satisfied at all.

My in store gift card did not work because I updated my driver license. They credit as discount instead of as gift card credit. However if I return the items, I can only get partial refund. Some of representatives don’t know where are things can also use more training. I hope if I return the items I can still get full refund

Rasheed from the Electrical department only has the letter R written on his apron so you cant identify him to complain. While in the electrical department Rasheed was absolutely no help and when I asked for him to contact a manager he refused. His reasoning was "she's going to tell you the same thing so I'm not calling a manager" The wire cutting machine was down and when asked if would be able to cut the wire myself his response was " You can try but I'll stop you". I could not believe it.

I have not yet received the appliances that I purchased this week but I must say that the employees at this store really knew their stuff. They were through and very kind. This was such a wonderful experience and I stayed within my budget! Ty. Store #4112

This store always provides a terrible experience. Especially the manager Evan. I try not to go to this location but the inventory numbers are usually greater here. Late or missing deliveries are a constant. I would only recommend shopping here if you can carry your items with you.

I found my cap for my weed wacker here after 3 weeks of searching. 2 other Home Depots didn't have it. They also were the only store that had the spray paint I wanted.

I was able to return a item that I didn’t need

The store is not cluttered. I was able to walk right in and pickup what i was looking for.

I enjoy shopping at this store. It usually has what I am looking for and if you need help there are people to help you. However, you have to search for them throughout the store

I usually don’t go to this HD on Adam’s, but because of the distance to my project, I have been frequent there. On 5/9/22, was when I bought a lot of items and to my surprise, Sandra Rosario really made my trip pleasant because of her superb service. I will come here to see Sandra again.
