This is a good store. I come here when I need something for the home. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The cashiers are also friendly and helpful.

The store is laid out nicely and I am always able to find items quickly. This is the only Home Depot I shop at so I know it quite well.

Only complaint is that there's too much to choose from. Luckily theres plenty of associates to help

Orange is my favorite color, pretty much. Home Depot uses orange here and there. Coincidence? I don't think so . . . I went to the nearby Home Depot looking for a piece of plastic for a rather unusual purpose. I visited doors and windows, the plastic pieces there were too thick and stiff. I went to the paint department, the plastic tarps were too thin. The person working in the paint department asked what I planned to do, and I described what I needed, a thin stiff sheet of plastic for use in protecting a surface while I cleaned nearby metal parts. He said, "Let's go look in lighting." There was a piece of plastic there meant for use in fixtures, it was just right for what I wanted. This is pretty impressive, I got a challenging cleaning job done very well. Thanks folks, well done!

No doubt experts on plants and outdoor things we need to buy. I'm there almost every weekend and it's great to be able to depend on the opinion of the staff.

We received so much help today and everyone was so friendly. There were two ladies in the paint department that walked us through picking our colors and finish. Also, our cashier, Cindy, reminded us to use our HD credit card and our pro rewards and we saved over $50!!!! Keep up the good work!!

I came in with a light bulb that had burned in the socket and I wanted to know if I should change the others like it. A very very nice employee, Joe, helped me and told me I could change bulbs to the one he showed me. It would cost me less as well for the year. To try some first and if I was pleased I could purchase more for all my needs. He was so nice and so helpful and I will go back to him as he didn't rush me, increased my knowledge about the new light bulbs and made me feel comfortable. Thank you for hiring such a nice man.

One product that I was looking to purchase, and had previously purchased, was not where it had been before. The Cashier in the Outdoor Dept. saw me looking puzzled and asked if she could help. I identified what I wanted and she took me to the product's new location. I have seen her do this with other customers, this current visit, and at my prior visits. Unlike many Store Associates, she actually knows where products are located.

The store was attractive in appearance and my problem was solved as soon as I presented it. Two of your associates, Jim from Gardening and Heaven from Customer Service handled my problem between the two of the and I was out of the store with my Christmas tree storage bag in no time.

I have always had a great experience at this Home depot Store. The selection is great and the associates are wonderful!

The help loading construction supplies is always the best - delivered with a cheerful attitude!

The customer service I received from Frank, Vanessa and Marcell was Exceptional!! the best Home depot I have been to in a while. I shop here even though I have 3 closer Home Depot's the service here is the BEST!! Ask for Frank. Marcell, or Vanessa they can solve any problem you may have.

Garden dept staff, Jim, very helpful!!! Service desk person told me the item was in the garden dept. It was located in building supplies which is at the complete other side of the store. I was not about to walk to the other side of the store. Jim said he knew where they were and he got 8 of them for me which I purchased. Thanks for the courtesy and assistance!

We were looking for artificial Turf and was pointed over toward the carpet. When we got there we were not able to find any thing. Ready to leave a very nice man showed up and helped us find what we were looking forward and made the sale.

Best Pro Desk in the area for Contractors and trade craftsmen. If you want it they can get it and the price is usually met if a competitors price is less. One of the areas oldest stores and the years of service have been tremendous.

Everyone is always so helpful and friendly. I usually go for gardening supplies, plants, etc. Appreciate the service when loading large bags of mulch and soil. Also fun to look at the holiday decorations.

Work close by always got what I need. Friendly staff.

Just went to pick up a trellis and the cashier in the garden shop was very nice and joked around with us. Nice to have someone that is happy to see the customers

I am a Vietnam Vet. and serve my COUNTRY and I had asked for a veterans discount at the cashier counter and was told I was not qualified that I had to be SERVICE CONNECTED. I ask the cashier what is SERVICE CONNECTED and they didn't know. I showed them my veterans card for my service in the Air Force. I asked to speak with the on duty store manager Steve Moore. He came by and saw me waiting and continued on walking. He finally came back to talk with me and asked me to go to the service counter desk. He was condescending towards me and my wife who is also a Vietnam Vet. We asked about the definition of being service connected. He said only vets who are disabled or retired from the military. He became insulting and argumentative towards us. The way he explained it tells us that we are being discriminated against because we are not disabled or retired from the Air Force. A VET IS A VET. Anywhere else when they ask a Vet. to stand to be acknowledged - no where do they say only if you are disabled or retired! This is very disappointing. Steve Moore was not professional. I have receipts from this Home Depot giving me the 10% discounts in the pass and others Home Depot stores. ALL VETERANS WHO SERVE HONORABLY AND DISCHARGE WITH A DD214 AND GAVE THERE LIVES FOR THIS COUNTRY ARE VETS!!!!! THIS IS INSULTING

Great location only 3 miles from our work site always clean and knowledgeable staff.
