While the store is usually well stocked, the customer service is greatly lacking in their knowledge of product location. Never enough checkout open and too few floor staff. I almost always have to search aisle after aisle before finally tracking down some help

Doing some exterior electrical work around the house, for my Ring alarm system.

The Roseville store has a broad selection of everything I might need. It's clean. It's familiar to me as a regular HD customer. I enjoy going there.

Special services is rude and treats customers like garbage. Customer service phone answering is destroying HDs business. I will go elsewhere!!!!

After finding a product I had been searching for and waiting 35 minutes for someone to assist us after numerous calls over the over head Rick And Jake from garden,came to our aide. They were very helpful in getting a pallet from the rafters above.

I go there to get things at least once a month, if not more, and they are usually so helpful. People to ask questions to all the time, but today, no one was there to help. I really wish there would have been.

Returns are easy if you purchase by a card because that's all that's needed if you don't have your receipt.

Thanks to employees at this store I was greeted with a friendly smile, assisted in finding the product I was needed and checked out in under 10 minutes. It would have been less time, but I took forever picking which of the "20 products" I wanted. I will always go back to this Polite, Clea, Well stocked Store

I have lived in Roseville, CA for 38 years and have been shopping this Home Deport for as long as I can remember. It is close to my home and I always find what I need. I also do a lot of online shopping and sometime pick up my items at the store. I have returned a few items and there is never a problem. The employees always ask me if I need any help and show me where to find it. I will continue to shop at this store.

The people are so slow here

I go into this store multiple times a week I'm in the construction field I've bought multiple tools from this store. I went in today to ask about price matching on a tool. At the end of the conversation I had shown the employee who I believe was a manager a receipt from a friend that had gotten the same tool at home depot for the price matched price. She told me to bad that wasn't you and walked away.

This store charged me $79 for a delivery. Unfortunately I have to pickup half of the product at the store since they are out of stock. Why can't I charge a $79 pickup fee. This is for an order that I put in for over $1200. I bought blinds there and their cutter was broken. Went to the Home Depot on Fairway and had them cut the blinds. When I told them that the cutter on Sunrise was broken, the guy said, "What else is new?" When your own people say that your store is pathetic, you need to rethink you SOP. Their website shows 600+ bags of quikrete at this store. The only guy I saw in Lumber could not find it. The rest of the guys in lumber were out having a chat session with a fencing contractor outside. Customer service is non-existent at this store.

I went to the Home Depot on Fairway Drive in Roseville looking to purchase a Rubber Maid Commercial Garden Cart that I had just looked at online and the price was $159. When I arrived at the Fairway location, I saw the sign posted was $168. I went inside near the cashier checkout by the lumber area and spoke with two young men who asked if I needed help. I explained to them why I was there and what I wanted to buy and I had my phone in hand with the online price so they could see it. The heavier of the two said they NEVER MATCH online prices, and that price was showing in Sacramento? I asked if they were a franchise and he said no... I asked why is this priced $159 online and $168 in store? He couldn't give me an answer, but just said no. Disappointed, I walked to my truck and thought wait a minute, that doesn't seem right, so I called the store on N. Sunrise and spoke to Chris in Customer Service. I asked him if they would match an online price and he said they would. I said I'd be right over and ten minutes later, I was standing in Customer Service. I asked for Chris, but Tabitha helped me. I explained the situation and she said, "No problem" we walked to the back to get the cart as they only had one and then I proceeded to pay for it. On top of that, Tabitha gave me an additional discount, which I was not expecting. I was "WOWED!" It's not everyday that you walk out of a building supply store mindblown, and I was. I will recommend my friends and family to visit this location. I guess the store on Fairway didn't need my $159 sale.

Stephanie and Tabatha in returns were absolutely rude, and unprofessional. I left the store so frustrated I went to the Fairway store and they tried to do my return but we’re unable to. They explained why and I was satisfied with their explanation. Stephanie and Tabatha did not try to explain the situation at all, they were very rude. When I asked for Stephanie‘s last name she wouldn’t even give it to me. When I asked for someone in charge she said she was the one in charge. Then Tabatha walked up and acted like she was going to try to help me. She didn’t because she could see I was not satisfied with Stephanie. Their customer service was so terrible that I actually came back to the store and bought some thing so I could do the survey on the receipt. How crazy is that! They generated business by having terrible customer service! That’s the last penny that this store will ever make from me thanks to Stephanie and Tabatha in returns!

Not greeted when walked in. Workers just walked by me without a word where I just asked a customer for help. Then when I went to pay cashier not very friendly never smiled. No have a good evening at all.

We just purchased new carpet for our home! I was extremely satisfied with Elia Tinsley (Flooring Specialist) from start to finish! She went over and above in her job title! Extremely satisfied and will definitely continue to shop this Home Depot store! D.M.

Deanna in the Yard Tools Department was the best Home Depot Sales Associate I've ever worked with in over 25 years of shopping there. She was professional, happy, extremely helpful and went the extra mile, although she mentioned she'd only worked at Home Depot 7 months she did everything possible to make my experience the best, THANK YOU Deanna!!

A young man named Zach and two of his co workers were, simply, fabulous. They were both helpful and cheerful helping me to pick out and load some large pieces of lumber onto my truck. Their great attitudes toward their work are, unfortunately, rare these days at big box stores. Kudos to the store for hiring them and I hope they are compensated enough to stick around

I guess since there are no more cashiers they dont think customer service is a priority anymore.
