Residential home owner on a “honey do” mission to clean patio deck, furniture and look for deals on outdoor rugs. Despite arriving on the evening of the holiday weekend, the staff was more than happy and capable to help me find the right items and special discounts. Bravo to Erik re cleaning supplies, and John re rugs!

Even though he just got off shift Bob helped me in selecting the right mortar. He was courteous and genuinely helpful. Thank you Bob.

We bought our new deck material from Home Depot along with HOG wire hand rails and we LOVE it !!

Bought some paint and sales person helped me pick out what kind of sheen. Also got help in the insecticide department. This store made me feel wanted

Bought an artificial tree at the checkout - had to order it as the store was sold out. The process was fast and easy. The tree was delivered the next day as scheduled.

As a homeowner, I shop this store weekly. I've always been curious, why don't they put their phone number on my receipt. just a email address if you want to get in touch with the store.....kinda silly if you ask me. I wonder if all THD stores are this way?

Shopped for some drill bits and if they didn't have the right size they were helpful in recommending other solutions.

I grew up in Bob Villa’s world. Today, I take on fixing what I can, and small projects. Home Depot is my go to place for parts and ideas. Employees have been generous with their support. Keep growing but NEVER change.

Huge thanks to Brandon, the Assistant Manager, for lifting a weight off my shoulders! My Kiddie Wi-Fi smoke/CO detector went offline, and the company wouldn’t replace it with the same model. Brandon told me to bring it in—and swapped it for a new Wi-Fi version. So grateful! He truly embodies the Home Depot spirit.

The Home Depot failed to carry in store filters for a refrigerator I bought from them. On ordering it, the supplier failed to furnish an air filter for about ten days. I cancelled the order and will buy on line.

Being a smaller store HD crowds the aisles with product making it difficult to maneuver around with carts, especially the main aisle.

I had a great experience at The Home Depot. The staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. They made it easy to find what I needed and offered knowledgeable advice along the way. A smooth and pleasant visit from start to finish!

We come in kindof dirty, need supplies to finish up job and employees look at us as if we are homeless. Appreciate the contractors we spend more than the guys in suits.

Awful customer service… it took 6 calls to get a response to an order they messed up… the receiving manager, Kyle, was promised to look into my lost package, yet I never heard from him. It seems like entire crap, he was probably busy taking mandatory breaks and clocking out on time. My bathroom renovation is entirely finished, their last step was to install this glass shower panel. It’s still not a resolution, but supposedly the glasses shower panel brackets are potentially coming. I have yet to receive any confirmation or tracking number. Knowing the horrible experience I’ve had so far, it’s a fail.

I have been to home depot many times at different locations. But this is my first time I wanted to write a 5-star review! Once I walked in, I was immediately greeted by a gentleman and asked what I need. Then in the aisle, a lady offered her help and pulled in two more experienced colleagues to help. I really didn't expect I would get much help so thank you for hiring great people to work with. Not only they know the parts well but also are willing to listen and help out as much as they can! Thanks Dana and all others ( sorry don't know names) Truly appreciate it! I'll be back for sure!

I visited my local Home Depot in Roswell, Georgia because I was waiting for an item to arrive that is on backorder. It’s a long story, but I just want to say that I was assisted by Elijah. He truly helped me feel comfortable about my transaction. He made phone calls to customer service and to the vendor. He even assured me that, even though I wasn’t there, he would still be working behind the scenes for me in order to get the situation resolved. I was very pleased and appreciated him calling me with the resolution. I have a great Home Depot, and one of the greatest parts of my transaction was being assisted by Elijah. He is truly an asset to this corporation.

I needed a new oven/stove range. I did my research and knew the brands I wanted. Tellie was an amazing associate who never made me feel rushed or pressured. She not only helped me find the one I wanted, but helped me with Home Depot special financing 24 hours later. It’s the treatment you can expect from any associate at our East Roswell Home Depot. Why shop anywhere else for home/gardening needs?!

My favorite Home Depot! I have two others I could shop at that are somewhat closer but this is my store. Great customer service, the store is always clean and organized(even during crazy times like holidays and spring). Make this your HD and you won't be disappointed.

Do not order thru this store the person who did the estimate and was going to install did a poor job had item on estimate we did not need and also had the wrong size trim for the inside sales people there at store should have caught these problems

I've only been to this particular store a few times because of where I was previously located. I have recently moved much closer and this will likely be my main Home Depot now. Big store and the location is great because you don't have other stores right next to it making the parking lot a complete mess to get in/out.
