I ordered planters online & went to pick up as instructed in the email saying they were ready. Got to store & my order was unavailable. Planters were not in stock so they were to be delivered from another store. NEVER DELIVERED & ORDER WAS CANCELLED!

I found a bucket list Philodendron. Lovely experience. Garden center was easy to access and easy to shop in. The employees were just wonderful.

I shopped here for plants for my spring garden and was thrilled with the selection, prices and quality!

I was in the door at 6am and I was in a tremendous rush. At checkout the battery kept shutting down the device than scans the merchandise. The lady in checkout area did a wonderful job assisting with resolving the issue. She got the battery replaced quickly and got me on my way. She was very polite and made my day. To her I say thank you very much.

Shelley helped find everything I needed in the store, she walked me to each isle and helped me look for everything I needed. Very helpful

We bought appliances today and had a good discount and wonderful customer service with Josh and Alan.

I travel across many state for work and I will say this store never disappoints! always kind and always helpful. The store manger keeps everyone happy and smiling. I love walking in and seeing the team meetings early in the Am! Go manger!!!

Every time I shop at this location I find the product that I need, I have never been directed to another store

After going to 3 Home Depots in the our area we finally went to the Roswell location. The other 3 stores website stated they had the microwave we wanted in stock but when we went there they did not. The Roswell store did.

Chad and Mark at this store didn't give up until my problem was resolved all in while being friendly and conversational. I feel like when to this store I am going to have at least one laugh or friendly conversation.

Needed to build platform on a workshop trailer, and the store manager went above and beyond to help me figure out the quantity of supplies I would need. Walked me straight to the aisle and helped me load up. Very polite and had the knowledge to accomplish this project. The best customer service I have had at any Home Depot, and I will definitely be coming to this location.

I received outstanding service during the purchase of a washer and dryer for my daughter. My salesperson Colin helped with the dryer one day. The following day I realized my daughter also needed a washing machine. Carmen helped me with this. Janice in customer service did an outstanding job putting both purchases on my Home Depot card which offered 18 months with free financing. The three employees could not have been more helpful. They are all assets to Home Depot.

Over the past few weeks I’ve made 6+ trips to this particular HD. I’ve had EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCES and interactions with the employees. KUDOS

Besides Great Customer Service, this store is usually stocked well so you can get the product needed right there without ordering. The store is neat and clean and well organized. Always find what I need and a few more things as well...Enjoy shopping there.

I went to return several small plumbing and hardware items. Johnathan was super patient and had no issue looking up the sku's and finding the right receipt. Thank you Home Depot and specifically Johnathan.

I have been doing remodeling in my home and I swear I have been there 5 times in the past week and a half and every time the home Depot employees are there to help answer questions guide me in the right direction explain products if I have questions, always a good vibe when I go in to shop!

I asked for help in the Pro Department. Kimberly was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

I purchased 10 rolls of pinestraw and have never see so much garbage packed into a roll or bale or pinestraw. The amount of branches and twigs in the roll was unacceptable.
