I bought this brushless drill 5 years ago.im glad I did! Still works like if it was new! It came with the battery and charger for a great price!

I bought my Christmas items.

I came to this store twice, first time was to return a broken item that was ordered online. I brought this item in to do an exchange for a different model/brand and turns out they had it, great. Fast forward to next day, I decided the item I bought I no longer need and could find it cheaper somewhere else. Well, Diva, Eric, and Chris were more than happy to help me when I walked through the door. Gave me a discount on that item I previously bought just to make sure I was satisfied with everything. Great people and great store! I will be back to this Home Depot everytime I need tools, lumber, etc even though it’s 45 minutes away, they earned my business everytime!!! Thanks again!

I don’t know their names but the guy in paint was VERY helpful and the lady up front checking out was extremely nice and gracious as well. I will definitely be back.

I THINK IT'S NICE THAT YOU ARE EMPHASIZING FRIENDLINESS FROM YOUR EMPLOYEES HOWEVER I WOULD MUCH PREFER YOU SPEND MORE EFFORT ON TRAINING THEM ON YOUR PRODUCTS AND HOW TO USE THEM. FINDING A PERSON OF WHICH CAN ANSWER A QUESTION IS AT BEST A FOOLS ERRAND. IT JUST ISN'T WORTH THE EFFORT.

Go there at least 3 times a week.

I had major hassle with online order getting canceled. There were 33 in stock, just not assembled which canceled my order. Some of the younger employees had no clue how to help. I asked for the manager and James came to the rescue! He was helpful and explained what happened and help me find an alternative. James SAVED me as a customer! He even loaded it in my car. He went above and beyond and truly understand CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thank you James!!!

Kenneth in gardening was a big help. Needed some annuals and 25 minibeltis for a flower bed. Checked me out at register and even helped me load them in my car.👍

All is good with this HD with the exception of getting out thru a manned check out they are not staffed well for check out. A common fault with all HDs

Would love it if all Home Depot would add a kiosk in customer service to quickly pull up items and there aisle and bin!

I bought a 125 feet if 6/2 romex wire and they the only store they have on stock.

Robert at the Pro Service desk is the reason our company continues to buy from this particular Home Depo. He always goes over and above to achieve the products our company has requested. I stopped by while in Rowlett. I was looking for particular items that were not to be found at other Home Depot’s. They had what I was looking for! A well stocked and helpful place!

Stacie in the appliance department was so nice. Excellent customer service. Took her time to explain about the sales and models of the washer and dryer set. She was very courteous and patient.

This a nicer HD. People are always helpful. I get 4x8 plywood sheets cut often - rarely a wait and they do a nice job getting the cuts precise.

I ordered a ceramic bathroom sink. The associate Ani, greeted me as we walked in, to pick it up, she was prompt to find my order. Opened the box to let me check it was ok. I was very pleased with her customer service. TY Home Depot

Went for trim to replace old rotting wood outdoors. The cashier was not helpful, until I asked for someone else to review the product I bought, but finally I got the cut piece of trim piece at a great price.
