Bought water heater with accessories, mop / mop bucket, and flooring for pantry. I had an amazing experience. Staff in all departments were so friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this location.

Only one person in customer service. Really slow. No one around to help even after asking for some help twice, still no one came around

I forgot my ring doorbell I just purchased in a cart outside and they found it. I was able to go back and retrieve it. Kraig and Josabed and the other dude with them at customer service were great. Keep hiring people like that, I’ll drive outta my way every time for this Home Depot from now on.

Everytime I come in I'm greeted numerous times and asked if I need help. If I need any , the employees are always willing to help or find someone who can.

I had a hot water heater emergency while my wife was in the hospital. I called the Home Depot next day water heater installation service and was assured that my military discount would be accepted at time of payment. Once the service was finished and I went to the store, they denied my military discount because I went through the home services and didn't buy it at the store. I did not have the opportunity to purchase at the store because my wife had just been released from the hospital and we got to the house to a garage full of water. I understand not being able to discount the labor, but the parts and the water heater should not even be a question. This ended up costing me an extra 150.00 and that will be the last time that I step foot into a Home Depot both for my home and business purchases.

We bought a hose and sprayer for an event. We were welcomed into the store and that person was able to direct us to the items we needed. The service is always reliable. Additionally, the employees are also very knowledgeable and able to assist with our project needs. This store does not disappoint.

Paid for a grill and waited half an hour for someone to unlock the grills. When the person did arrive, I was in customer service line. I told him I was tired of waiting and was going to get my money back. He did not say a word, just took my receipt and issued the refund. He also told me there was nobody above him in the store, but the ASD proved that to be a lie, but she took up for the employee even though she agreed that 30 minutes was too long to wait. Instructions say not to mention competitors so I will just say that even though I live in the city this store is located, I will be crossing the bridge and purchase my grill from a competitor. I am sorry that you are losing me as a customer, although both employees basically said they did not care. But I have lots of contacts in town that will listen to me and might quit your store as well. I have been a customer of this store since they opened.

I bought a washer and dryer

My husband and I just recently bought a home and were overwhelmed with the amount of help we received from the employees at this location. Angel in particular was incredible with assisting us with our purchase and possible van rental, Cheri pointed us in the right direction to get started with our shopping list and we had a great conversation with Larry, a fellow New Yorker! We can’t wait for our next project knowing we’re in good hands!
