We have been remodeling our home for the last few months, so I have made dozens of trips to this Home Depot. I am always pleased at how helpful and pleasant the sales associates are. I am always able to find everything that I need. Overall, I almost ENJOY shopping here. I recently had to return an item and was relieved at how easy and painless it was to do so. I have returned items at other stores WITH the receipt in hand, and been made to feel like a criminal. This experience was the complete opposite. Keep up the good work.

I visited my local Home Depot to purchase paint for my kitchen. I was assisted right away and I was in and out in no time. Thank you everyone for your help. Will be back soon.

It's nice to be greeted at the door, asked if I need help and, assisted by knowledgeable staff. The checker even called someone to help me get my bulky items to my car without my having to ask. This is my favorite Home Depot!

The store is always clean and well organized. Everyone is always friendly also.

Usually I go to the store in Garland, however I think I will be coming to the Rowlett store more often. The associates were much more helpful in this store. Everyone was friendly and the staff knew what they were talking about!

I moved to Rowlett in January 2014 and live literally behind this store. Every visit I've made, and they have been legion, has started with a warm welcome from a store associate. In each case in which I have requested assistance, an associate has been on hand, taken me to the location in the store which I sought, and answered any questions I might have had about the item in question. My very first visit was to make additional keys to my new residence, and the latest was to buy an automotive battery booster/air compressor combination. I can't recall the name of the associate in January 2014, but today's was Natalie who greeted me at the contractor entrance and accompanied me to the automotive battery section. I will definitely look for her upon my next visit. Hope my wife doesn't read that part! HaHa. Keep up the good work Home Depot...I'm like a kid in a candy shop every time I visit.

I was just in this same morning and i found the best sale in combos in drills!

I was glad i went in early in the morning, because i found what i had been looking for on sale. This means that i'll be going in more often early during the day. This is going to be my favorite store from now on!!!!

The store and employees were very helpful and i was able to find what i was looking for. I just wish the special ads were mailed out instead of waiting for them to come in the newspaper.

The Rowlett store is the friendliest HD in area. They are very helpful when I have product difficulties, replace items with no problems. The Pro Desk is awesome, very helpful and great followup.

If i can't find something, your associates are always so willing to help me.

We recently shopped for the best deal on granite counter tops. The sales associate,Mickey, was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable of the products. He was more than happy to explain the differences in the types of counter tops and the warranty Home Depot provides. I wish every shopping experience for a major purchase was this easy.

All staff is extremely courteous and always provides expert knowledge and assistance.
