Had to exchange an item, and the department manager took care of it in no time at all! No hassle, no wait. Another associate gave me a rundown on ladders on sale and which might be best for my needs. Very helpful. Overall great customer service!

This store is in a great location! I was greeted at the door and everything was clearly marked where I could find what I was looking for. The employees were helpful and friendly.

The associate in plumbing was more than helpful. He answered all of my 35 questions completely saving me multiple hours of time and energy. Additionally he gave success to my project and plumbing is my weaker area but not this time!!!

The Home Depot on 135th has a vast array of products. The staff is always willing to assist. Shopping is a pleasure. The Gardening and home repair and remodeling depts. are great

Maybe it is just me, butit seems some items in this store are not where they are in other stores. Even the mobile app set to my local store told me an item should be in Isle 2 but I couldnt find.it. I asked aomebodyaand they said it was on the end cap of the isle by lighting. Strange. I wI would have thought all items would be in the same place at every home depot, but I guess not.

Go to this store all the time. Never disappoints, items always in stock.

I was able to find a great storage box for my dad's grilling equipment quickly and easily at a reasonable price! Now he is able to keep it all in one place and doesn't have to search for the tools he wants

I am so tired of customers bringing in their dogs to the store. I can't believe that management allows this behavior in a "working warehouse." Aside from that, I realize that sales are important to a business but the narrowing of the aisles by extra sales junk is just unmerciful. My last complaint: The aisle down in electrical near the conduit; it seems to be a staging area for storage of stuff. I can't begin to explain how irritated I have become on numerous occasions when I have a large cart to grab conduit and there is stuff in the aisle in my way. So frustrating! The positives!: The cashiers are always fantastic. Especially this one guy that is kind of a heavier-set fella. Just super freak'n nice. Always says "Hello" and asks if he can do anything for me. Just freak'n hella nice! I think he is one of he nicest cashiers I have -ever- encountered.

I cannot remember his name, but the Associate in the Power Tool department was extremely helpful on my last visit. I was looking to buy a sander and he has knowledge about all of the brands/options. If Home Depot continues to employ people like this, you can bet that I'll be going there for future tool purchases.

An average store. A couple of the aisles were cluttered with store equipment that caused difficulty moving the shopping cart. There were no available flat carts to haul bags of rocks, fertilizers and landscaping items from store to vehicle. No assistance available from store associates to help load heavy bags from lawn and garden department to vehicle.

The product was easy to find and also the price was good. Beside the product I was looking for, it always pick my attention all the new stuff that this store offer season after season.

So glad that the South OP store is close to home. The store is clean and easy to shop, and the staff members are friendly and helpful. Keep up the great work!
