Such a nice experience in this store today... I was in there a total of about 10 minutes. I bought 7 bags of water softener salt, and a very nice chap not only loaded them onto my cart, but waited for me at the check out and loaded them into my truck. Very cheerfully, too. Sales associates like that make shopping there very pleasant and for sure I will be back. :)

Most of the staff asked if they could help me with a smile . Most HD stores you dont get that. I was able to let Mgr David Cuara about my experience at Demonte store. This store was cleaner ,better organized and friendlier than others lve shop across the U.S. At check out I was helped by Carol ,who turned out to be from Braddock, Pa. ,is a definite asset for HD. Being from near Pitt.Pa.,she was an added bonus to fhe visit.

Since I bought my new house, I have been to the Home Depot almost every day for renovation/upgrading needs. The staff have been extremely helpful in helping my husband and I select the correct paint for our needs. I couldn't tell you the difference between base 1 and base 3 and what type of paint works best where, but the employees at the Home Depot have made the process so much easier to understand!

Thank you very much for the information on the granite and quartz kitchen countertops. The associate I spoke with was very knowledgeable and spent a significant amount of time with me to understand the differences between all of the materials, options and pricing. Very informative. Thank you.

I don't think I have ever had a really bad experience in this Home Depot store. At times a little frustrating trying to locate someone for assistance! On one visit the associate saw me walking towards him and he actually turned around and high tailed it away. Usually everyone (almost everyone) seems happy.! I can usually find what I went there for and more and every once in a while an associate will point out a bargain to me for which I am grateful for!

Everyone was very helpful from assisting me find what I needed to helping me load my cart to helping me load my truck.

Jim was amazing and made the shopping experience joyful, easy and enjoyable.

I have always received good assistance from the associates. Products are easy to locate and check out is easy. Displays are enticing and well prepared pleasing to the customer. Cashiers are helpful and make the purchases easy.

Home Depot has a great selection of everything you need for fixing or remodeling your home. We were very lucky to need appliances during a really good sale. We saved a lot of money.

The Garden Area of the store was easy to navigate. The items I came to purchase were readily available. Most importantly, the associate that helped me was outstanding to the point of also checking me out at the register. The time invested was minimal. A very positive experience. I strongly recommend Home Depot.

The people there really make this store great. The people I have dealt with there are all awesome I appreciate this store and people.

The gentleman in plumbing is wonderful. He is always helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I am always pleased when he is at the store when I come in with a question.

Although I had to wait several minutes at the pick up desk because there was only one associate and a customer was returning merchandise.The associate was pleasant and quick to get my merchandise.

This store is a great place to shop, I always find help quickly if needed.

The store was clean. The associate Val was good. I have previously worked Mary Kay for blinds. She was a super lady and helpful. David, store manager was real good and took good care of us.

Alex at tool rental was cordial and sharp, he showed me what I needed to learn

Products are usually easy to find and when they aren't, a rep is easy to find.

All of the associates were very helpful. Lenny in the flooring department was great. He took a long time helping us understand the different quality levels of carpet. He also gave us his direct extension so we could call him back with our room measurements, so we could get a quote on the carpet we want. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks again!

Sandy was absolutely awesome and helped me beyond the call of duty to help solve my plumbing nightmare. I recommend that the power of the Home Depot is in Sandy at the Damonte south Reno location. Huge thanks to Sandy for saving the day!!

The store was very busy and we're not prepared at the registers to handle the amount of people trying to check out.

Everyone is very helpful and polite and the store is always clean

It's nice to have an hour to look at ways to perk up the house and yard. I can't always purchase everything but I can have ideas and work on them a little at a time.

I am writing to tell you about a very positive experience I've had with your paint staff on a huge painting project. I am painting my whole house and had to find paint to complement a Tuscan decorating plan. I probably have $200 worth of samples in my garage because I tried every paint store in town and finally came back to Home Depot and the Marquee line of paints. During the process I found that L***a and M*****e at the paint counter are the two best people you have. I think I've probably tried them all at this point. No matter what kind of matching or cross-matching I needed -- they did it without question or comment. I ended up picking a neutral color out of the regular line of paints but I wanted it in Marquee. They did this and it looks fabulous. I was told about the problems with taking colors from one line of paints to the other and tried it in samples and I was not worried about the larger quantities. They have even lightened the color for me up to 50% so that I could stay in scheme without having to find complementary colors. One problem, I did clean them out of the base paint and could not get the full order that I needed. I am sure as this project progresses, I will need more. They found more paint for me at the other Home Depot store on Virginia and I did go up there to get the paint but the paint representative was so grouchy about taking paint color from one line into the Marquee line, I just walked out. I'd rather wait for the paint to come to your store and get Linda or Melanie to do it. I learned a long time ago that if someone tells you that the job outcome is going to be lousy, believe them. I live in Saddlehorn right around the corner from your store. I am in there all the time and I also hold Home Depot stock. I have to tell you that it is the BEST Home Depot I've ever visited and that most of your employees are jumping in to help at any moment. I've been asked if I needed help more in that store than in all the other Home Depots over all the years I've ever shopped at Home Depot combined. So, in conclusion, I think you are running a great store and if there are any kudos that you can bestow on L***a and M******e , please do so. They are excellent employees and have just been my saviors in this project.

Service is good store is clean . The only thing that has been a problem is the placement of there productsto many have grabbed the wrong part because it was in the wrong bin.

Went to the store because of the 30% special on appliances. Had been looking at a Samsung refridgerator for over a year and the time was right. Went straight to the product and the associate was right there. He checked us out right at the kiosk as we stood next to our dream fridge. No need to go to Customer Service as we had in the past. Very pleasant experience!

The cashier named Genella -GCU4c5 was helpful and friendly. The only drawback with Home depot is that your survey is much too long and not user friendly at all.

I always seems To take me a minute or two to find the right associate at the store but once I do they are always helpful, friendly and knowledgable. Except the dude with a cane. He always seems grumpy. The store is clean and easy to navigate for common items. The smaller, more detailed and specific the item is though, the harder it is to locate which is when a good associate comes in handy.

Paint and plumbing depts on this day were OUTSTANDING. Associate in plumbing helped me find exactly what I needed and gave me tips on what to do. The Paint Dept was even more helpful! They didn't have enough of the paint we needed but they set it up with another store that did and got it taken care of. They were meticulous in making sure the colors were right and were extremely helpful making sure we were taken care of at the register. Kudos to those depts today along with the super-helpful cashier at customer service!
