Friendly and responsive but not a lot of noledge . As 1 employee told me we are just regular employees when I asked if there was any one that nose about some of the bath tubs.k

Whenever I’ve gone into this store I’m greeted by multiple staff through out the store and they are very helpful. Just completed a full home remodel from full kitchen, bathrooms, floors, paint, trim work and have been impressed with the helpful staff and quality products !!

One of the very rare stores that the website matches it’s actual inventory of the Alaska store specified.

I have been shopping at your stores in Alaska, Washingtion, Arizona, Hawaii never been disapointes with service and floor helping staff.

My daughter and I went to Home Depo to get some items to aide in re-painting her bedroom. When we asked for help, staff was quickly there to guide us and help us find the tools and hardware needed for what we were doing. Their assistance was greatly appreciated!

I’m in Anchorage for only a week and needed special cleaning supplies. The staff here is so friendly and helpful I wish they were in my location. Very nice experience.

I ordered a lawnmower tractor cover from the Tudor store. I was informed every step of the way. A text was sent to me when my order was ready for pick up. I went to the store and picked up my order form the secure lockers. Pretty cool.

We live in Maine, and came to Alaska, to visit family. We deal regularly with all the big box stores, We have NEVER, received the personal attention, the Customer Service rep showed towards us and our minimal purchase . She spent much time helping with the support of the item, a cover, and most of all helping figure out a way to get it to the kids house !! Thank so much to the associate Jean Marie, you are a true employee, and excellent representative or your personal, cultural, and employee status . The world needs many more people of this caliber!! I am A frequent customer here. But second time, they treated me like a theif while Ryobi is just right beside the self checkout. Even self-checkout cashier was hugging my items and he was scanning it for me? Duh! It’s a self-checkout!!!! I have a good paying job! And I never have thought of shoplifting! Please respect your customers too!

The store was well organized and clean. Personal are courteous, friendly and helpful.

We needed to find some storage trunks for garage, and they were available and easy to find. Now the garage is clutter free and much easier to move around in.

Was able to buy most of what I wanted in the store but needed it delivered. Still waiting 6 days after they said they would deliver to me, and I live 2 miles from their store. Their logistics business is poorly run

I think you need to focus a little more on catching and prosecuting criminals instead of just making shopping more difficult for customers. Don't know what happened to pro parking, but it will influence my purchases in the future. I am a property management professional, and we go to a different store in a different chain. It makes it easier for me to park where I can load the materials that I buy on a regular basis

HD is always first on my list when I am preparing for a home project. I can usually get all the items on my list at a fair comparable price. The military discount and support is a plus! The staff are always helpful and have positive attitudes. The extra smiles are also a bonus! The only reason for a four star rating is sometimes the wood selection is a little on the “thin” side as far as availability. More product would seal the deal for sure, but I understand that sometimes it’s hard to keep stock. Keep up the great work HD!

All you mouth breathers are making the floor slippery.

While at the self checkout, actively scanning items, I stopped to talk to my 3yr old kid who had items I needed to scan and wasn’t happy about giving them up, and to make sure I had my debit card with me. During this time Demetria came over to me, did not say hello or anything!!, and said “Ma’am there are items in your cart not scanned”. I replied “ yes, I’m aware thank you.. I’m making sure I have $$ and trying to get these items away from my kid.” She then said she needed to check my cart to make sure I wasn’t hiding anything and started going through the cart that had my kid in it. I was finishing scanning items, and she INSISTED that I missed the windshield wiper fluids and NEEDED to scan them again. So I did, and replied with “I know what needs to be scanned thank you for your help” and she pointed to her little device and said “Ma’am so do I!”. As I started to pay another employee came over and she said very loudly “Make sure you are watching everyone and checking their carts, I was helping someone else and she just tried to walk out with only 1/2 of her items scanned!” While I was paying. With my kid in the cart. Maybe a foot away from us. After leaving I double checked my receipt and had scanned the windshield wiper fluids twice. I only needed 2 and scanned it twice.. so I paid for 4. I had to return to the store to get a refund. So not only did she accuse me of stealing, she was super rude, and then caused me to have to take time out of my day and go back to the store! I will not be returning to this store! If employees are going to accuse customers of stealing maybe get rid of self checkout. And maybe wait and see if someone is actually stealing or just dealing with a 3yr old in a store!!!!

I get so tired of seeing a sale item only to get to the store and being told the price is higher and only applies to the lower 48 states.

After going to another supply store and getting absolutely no service and no contact by employees. I was pleasantly surprised to have multiple employees approach me as I was going through the building and actually made them aware of what I needed. The employees consistently circled back to make sure that I did not feel forgotten. Thank you for your wonderful service and I look forward to doing business with you.

Don’t go here if you need help and make sure you can check out without assistance

Had three carts deep at the contractor checkout Had to go to self checkout . 2x6x8 wouldn’t ring up ! The assistant couldn’t ring it up couldn’t look it up and called for help of which ,none came ! I left my cart and walked out ! I’m sick of you people wasting g my time ! You refuse to get competent trained staff and it’s me that pays for that IM SICK OF IT !!!

I bought a Ryobi 18 v . 6 piece toolset for under $200 . It came with; two batteries! It was exactly the right set for all my around the house projects! Saving my family and I $100's of dollars!

This Home Depot on Abott Road in South Anchorage has the most incredibly insane outstanding customer service! So unusual in most all other industries, but not here.. Outstanding work S Anchorage Home Depot Team! I’ll be back!

Very good customer service in returning a product.

I have a small lawn maintenance business and south anchorage home depot has kept me going . They have a friendly staff (most of whom I have delt with) If I need to do some fabrication this is always my first stop . Most the time it's my last stop as well

Took me over a month to get ONE lawn mower transferred from Kenai AK to Anchorage AK. If not for Joseph in Kenai and Asst Manager Ryan in Anchorage - and all of the visits, phone calls and legwork I did - it wouldn't have happened. I'm giving a 3 star rating for all the work "I" had to do to get something transferred. If I was asked to rate Joseph and Ryan, I'd give them both 5 stars. Joseph in Kenai should be an Asst Manager as well.
