I bought some materials to make trellises for plant displays that do had lots of help and found all the materials I needed

I spend a lot of money doing projects around and on my house and yard and I have always had help with everything I need. Here is one project which includes my Paragola, retaining wall blocks, patio brick and lighting

The ladies at the return counter and Kelly at the register are very helpful. Some of your tool tools are hidden and we need an employee to find them.

I recently went in to HD to do a major appliance purchase for our rental properties. Had a employee who was just a jerk . Talked with management about the issue and it was resolved super quick . Thank you to the management team for handling this issue quickly.

From customer service, rental equipment, delivery and the employees on the floor this location is the best. They are very helpful and love my dog Bo! Bo loves them right back, thanks for the treats!

Unless you know exactly what you want to buy, do not shop in this store. There is absolutely no customer service and the employees actually seem annoyed if you ask them anything.

Love the layout of this particular store easy to find items.

Employee called me a lair and refused my purchase

After selecting fasteners, which had to be checked out individually with numbers on the fasteners? I found no cashier...in check out area. There was no cashier... just the self checkout area. I don't know how to enter this product on the computer...there are no SKUs to scan etc. I think the self check out mechanisms krokov. We don't care enough about you.

This location has been very handy as it’s on my route to most of my worksites. The store is always clean, well stocked and the tool/equipment rental services has been game changer.

Sell a junk product and dont allow returns!? I paid $400 for a mower that does not safely work and Home Depot and DEWALT are both telling me they can’t/wont help.

I love Pattie. She is so good at what she does she was able to help us design our kitchen that we are really excited about. She is up on new trends and understands budget concerns !

Very friendly store. Not as busy as some stores which makes it easy to get around in and you can easily navigate the parking lot with a trailer.

I quit going to Home Depot because I was waiting for another money off coupon which never came.

YES, I am UPSET ! We purchased a Butcher Block Counter Top (Very Heavy--no one offered to help my husband lift or move each one of the pieces when examining prior to purchasing or when purchasing) that was very well stocked on the shelves (reviewed in person 3 times-same store with 2wk span) and the same stock was in the same locations each time. I noticed the PRICE was under the very heavy & large item, so I knew what I was expecting to pay $369....upon "SELF....Checkout" the item rang up for $509. I asked for assistance because the merchandise was above the $369 price label. We walked back to the stock/shelves with the CSM, she said those are labelled wrong. I asked if I could at least have a % discount due to it being a Store Error (at least 10 of this item and 6+ of the smaller size items involved on the shelves. With the price labels at the Floor height so no one is going to lay on the floor and read every tiny word before purchasing this 300# item) The CSM called the Store Manager (maybe Stephanie) after 15minutes of waiting. She walked up to our register and said "Sorry it is $509 and that is what you will need to pay" then walked away. I AM UPSET with this NON-Customer Service from Management in the South Knoxville, TN Store" All the other store clerks and CSM was very courteous. This was a STORE MISTAKE and they should have offer us a discount. We are old and my husband literally picked up every 6' Live Edge Butcher Block Island counter tops so we could inspect the patterns and scratches before going to checkout. I do not like to complain, but this was a very thought out purchase and special for our home and the Store Manager made me feel unappreciated.

Developed many personal friendships, especially with the call in order folks. We know each other by name and I bring their friends, Harley, my mini golden doodle who has also become friends. Always a great experience at the Depot.

The manager, James told me they were changing my product purchase because the lumber they had on hand was covered in mold. James stated it was taking such a long time because he was having a new bunk of lumber unwrapped and inspected. Employees loaded the lumber for me since I have a disability. We discovered the lumber they loaded was covered in mold, and caused some nasty allergic reactions. I phone and spoke with an associate who transferred the cash to the assistant manager, Patrick. Patrick stated he has contractors who but lumber in any condition and dump bleach on it and use it anyway. I asked Patrick if he was unaware of the toxicity of black mold and carcinogenic properties black mold presents. He said he was but it was no big deal, just pour bleach on it. Eventually Patrick stated that if I returned the lumber he would compensate me for the trouble and time. We returned the lumber the next day. We were met with some resistance saying they would offer a discount but not accept the return. Eventually we received a refund but no compensation for our troubles. How can I respect a company who sells inferior products and poor quality customer service.

I went to Home Depot looking for a stove for my kids. They had a great selection. I was helped immediately and not pressured into buying a fancy stove. I liked the service and even applied and got the credit card for the $50 off coupon.

Staff is always very friendly and helpful!

Recently bought a Samsung stove. Also discussed gas water heater. He ordered a visit from Pioneer comfort to give me a quote.

I am a single senior lady who was in need of a weed eater and I got the best service I've ever had from Will and Adara. They helped me choose a Ryobi that suited my needs, helped me pick out a free tool that came along with the deal...and even put it together for me and offered to take it to my car! They were so helpful, professional, and friendly and are definitely an asset to your store. Please render my immense appreciation and thanks to them!
