I can never find an employee to assist me in the particular department I need help in,but the customer service I receive in checkout is fantastic.The cashier Amy is an excellent employee that lady deserves a raise,she was the only cashier and had a line out the door but she remained calm and made sure to greet and thank evey customer.She was thorough and fast and all of us customers were impressed by her quick thinking skills.She made my shopping experience enjoyable to say the least.Thank you Home Depot I appreciate all your hard workers

This was the worst performance ever!!!! the service there has change since I used to work a while back. I was returning 16"x16" Step Stone an associate with her basket while talking to another associate, she turned looked and went back to talking with her basket in the way. So I didn't disturb her I managed to pull my basket to the left and squeeze by her. Then I went to the returns and the young man associate clocked out, and told the young women associate he clocked out and the young women associated approved by a manager and he said yes it was. And I told the young man to have a nice day. As I stood there waiting, there was possible six associate, I said one of you are running the register, then young lady associate and said I am. I told her that 16"x16" Step Stone had broke i would to get another on. I was told something like "I apologizes for the inconvenience" I said no problem I was getting some more, I gave her the receipt she took a pen out highlighted the item and wrote on it "on to exchange one - $D. I didn’t get a Store Credit, I was thinking to myself. She told me to take to the cashier and show her my receipt. Then I got my (16) 16"x16" Step Stones, Fabuloso and Clorox Wipes, got to the register the cashier then told me I had (14) 16"x16" Step Stones, Fabuloso and Clorox Wipes, then gave how much it cost, I stopped looked at her and recounted the Step Stones, She said oh... there 16, I said yes but one is a returned, and I gave her the receipt, she was confused, and I should her what it said. I really think the returns associate was supposed to give a Store Credit!!! Home Depot has change since I was a cashier, on the rules. Just Saying.

I biught this about a month ago and I'am really satisfied

I enjoy shopping at this store because I feel I am valued as a customer. I love the products. I always find what I am looking for.

I enter the store was greeted by an employee who escorted to me the location I needed. .Fast checkout, and I was on my way home to complete my project..

The service was terrible

I got no greeting. I had to stop an employee and ask for help then they tell me this is not their department & they’ll send somebody they never did so when I finally got somebody they had no idea what they were talking about and that was their department at the same time this employee she had a male friend visiting her and they were playing touch tag in front of me at the same time, flirting with each other how super unprofessional never again what I shop at this store and you shouldn’t either people save your money you have to drive farther drive farther.

Spent close to an hour and a half in the store, had two employees and one of the bathroom contractors speak to us, never got to walk into the aisle with the tubs because someone was spending a ton of time not lifting something with a forklift (it was in the aisle unattended, but the aisle was still closed off) and never made got anyone to direct us to a Wallpaper Steamer which the internet said was in the paint aisle but we could not find it.

Always helpful and always have what I need

Waited 45 minutes for assistance to no avail. Everyone I asked for help said they knew nothing about plumbing. Apparently the plumbing experts were on break. When leaving I asked an employee what the managers name was. Guess what??? She didn't know! I think I will go apply for a job there. You have to know nothing.

getting stuff from my new place I’m renting and it was pretty easy to find things when the salesperson told me where it was

For the last two trips to this location, they have been out of the items that supposedly were normal stock items. double towel bars both options out of stock. then when purchasing the items that we did find in stock at the "SELF" checkout an employee came over and started to scan our items and then asked how we were going to pay, they treated us as if we didn't know how to load money into the register, then quickly pushed print receipt without giving us the option to select a emailed receipt. then were told that we would have to return all of our items and then purchase them again to be able to get an emailed receipt. very poor trained employees and treat you as if you are going to steal or can't do anything on your own. DO BETTER homedepot TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE RIGHT!

Employees were all polite, respectful and patient even when I had to return an item.

When something breaks, need a tool, building materials, anything for gardening, kitchen appliances, etc., this is our first stop.

I was in the store to buy some lumber... As I was going to check out I was standing in line with a few other customers at a register waiting to cash out a cashier named Zoya came very angry and was yelling at people that it was closed and other things I'm not sure of, we all were confused because the light was on.... then she very rudely told everybody to go to the assistant checkout. I decided not to purchase anything from the store and went to the one on Montano instead. This used to be my favorite store it was great customer service but nowadays between cashiers being extremely rude or on the phone it's not pleasurable to shop here.

Employees aren't friendly, materials are scattered and not organized, and checkout is slow.

I made multiple trips to Home Depot in the last month to acquire supplies--landscape edging, garden soil, compost, trash bags--got Title 1 Middle School project where I teach science. Home Depot staff and managers were super helpful and supportive.

Great air conditioner

Customer service is mostly non-existent at this location, many items locked up, garden center is obviously not managed enough.

Mike from plumbing was amazing and knowledgeable about how to help me fix my plumbing issues There was also a young lady named Tabetha that helped show me other items that I was looking for she was extremely friendly as well

When I shop at Home Depot and happen to see Estevan, he is very polite and professional. He always asks me if I need help with anything.
