Home Depot stores have everything you needed for your job

I had quite the list of "stuff" to get for a newly purchased home. She walked the store with me to insure I got everything I needed and also handled other issues that came along at the same time. KIM POSSIBLE IS A FREAKING ROCK STAR!!!! She deserves not a raise but a full promotion with raises.

My family and I went to Home Depot and the employees were amazing.

This store has to be one of the best in Las Vegas, the people are always friendly, very easy to locate someone to help you and even help you load your cart and will even take it to your car and unload it if its big stuff

FANTASTIC Customer Service. I have always had GREAT customer service at Home Depot. I have remodeled several areas of my house and almost all of it came from Home Depot. I have never had a bad experience and it doesn't matter if it's a large order with an install or a small item that I need, it's always easy to find what I want, the selection is exactly what I'm looking for, prices have always been good and I've been happy from start to finish. Unlike your main competitor which is TERRIBLE (no matter what location you go to) Today however, one of your employees needs a special recognition. Alex helped me find a swamp cooler that showed in stock but wasn't on the floor with the other brands/models. He had to go to the back to find it and was never annoyed or gave me attitude about it. He was INCREDIBLY helpful and I enjoyed talking with him for a little bit. He also helped me get in contact with their warranty company for a prior install item that I need repaired. He has FANTASTIC customer service and was very friendly and sincere. He just continues to add to my enjoyment of shopping there. THANK YOU!

Everyone in this branch are all pleasant! Love the entrance Greetings you get from almost everyone! Kim the store manager is So humble and have a warm personality! She made me feel I am talking to a friend, Went to order my patio door and was rendered to Manny who are so helpful and knowledgable, he helped me get what I need and made sure I stick in my budget! Don’t need to sell me and made feel not being pressured on buying a product I don’t need! Thank You!

I love this Home Depot store on Flamingo and Ft Apache, the people who work there are always friendly, go out of their way to help and you don't usually have to hunt them down like other stores, even other home depots I've been in, the employees seem to hide so you can't find anyone to help you. Your greeted as soon as you walk in the door.

This store is outstanding the workers are outstanding I love shopping at the store David in the plants I always go see him he is well knowledged of the store the girls in the pro desk are outstanding My dog had a tumor taken out of her everybody at Home Depot call to make sure she was OK thank you all we love come in here from Mia and Jeff

My husband and I received excellent service from Scott Wells in the flooring department. He answered all our questions and helped us in making decisions. He explained all the details of our purchase for flooring. He had a pleasant manner and treated us with respect. Thanks Scott!

Store are always clean have lots of healthy plants, Location is great and lots of energetic people who always greet you where ever you at inside the store.

It’s a neat store very convenient to my house and most of the staff are nice and helpful.

Home Depot is definitely my go to place for all of my needs......

Cashier charged me $1.68 per item, price tag says $1.48 at the location. She said the computer is right, but after almost 15 minutes of waiting for some help, an assistant checked on the price and it was indeed $1.48. Now she wanted me to go to Customer Service and explain to them what happened! I said I won't drag the 32 very heavy bricks on my cart and wait in line at the Customer Service counters, so I left fuming!!

All the staff seem busy but helpful. Store is clean and well organized

SCOTT WAS THE RIGHT PERSON, AT THE RIGHT TIME WHO HELPED US WHEN LOOKING FOR A QUIETER AIR COMPRESSOR. SCOTT WAS ALSO BORN AND RAISED IN LAS VEGAS, BUT HAD MANY EXPERIENCES AWAY FROM LAS VEGAS, AND LOVES TO BUILD CUSTOM CARS AS A HOBBY. A GUY WITH MANY TALENTS,, ESPECIALLY IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. ASK FOR SCOTT AT THIS STORE. SCOTT LOVES HIS JOB IN HELPING IN ANY WAY HE CAN.

location is very good, have must of the items that I need. Maybe some work outside the store trees and landscape area.

It’s the Best of all Home Depot’s just keep employees happy and I think that what makes them wanting to show up for work

Went to Flamingo Home Depot because the Arroyo Crossing one double crossed me on a purchase. The flooring salesman was excellent. The customer service ladies were excellent. The only issue I had was the delivery of store bought product. I bought 20 cases of tile and asked for home delivery because I cannot offload 1400 lbs with my bad back. I had no problem getting the date of delivery set. When I asked what time, I was told it would be $20 dollars extra in order to get a 4 hour delivery window. $30 dollars for a 2 hour window. I think this is a very poor store policy ! I've shopped at many other Big Box stores for appliances, furniture, etc. I have never had to pay extra just to get a delivery window. If this is a national policy, it is horrendous. I will be advising my family and friends to beware of this crazy policy.

Great people to work with!

Found what I need immediately! Then found I paid another store (also national) $28 dollars more! Which happens to be more than half price that I overpaid. Gas can't even be my excuse. It was clean and Coronavirus observances were pleasantly reminded when a shopper came with no mask, one was provided. All good!

Excellent customer service

Product was not delivered on the schedule day a a completely ridiculous excuse was given that there was snow on the road. It has not snowed on Mt Charleston for over six weeks! Staff were rude and disrespectful and gave dishonest answers time and time again. Avoid this store!

Very pleased with this store and its associates...vey informative and knowledgeable. Helpful and friendly also. No waiting was a plus. I am a 30 year retired veteran and truly appreciate the military discount I receive. That is a big reason also why I only shop at Home Depot rather than other stores in this category. Thank you for that.
