Custom order doors that came scratched up after a 3 month waiting and damaged more by install.

I ordered cabinets from this store. They designed them and we paid to have them installed also. From the get go nothing but mistakes have happened. The cabinets showed up in the wrong color and size. So had to wait 3-4 weeks for new ones. They were damaged and they stilled installed them. They offered to replace but again another 3-4 weeks. They pay a sub to install the cabinets who also pays a sub to do the work. Missing trim that was severed ordered so I had to physically meet the installer to get the project get a list of what was missing onto Home Depot and tell them what to order to finish the job. That’s what I paid them over 12k to do. Will not recommend them for any projects. Try talking to manager Will but he is avoiding my calls and in store visits

Paid for 2 measures for one patio door. They sold me a door that didn't fit the hole in my house. Their solution shim with 2x4's and have me hire a drywaller or pay for them to remove the door and install new and pay for difference of new correct door. This was after 4 months of trying to get it installed and having 2 stores trying to measure the patio door. Already had 2 service calls on it as well since right side frame is not installed correctly. Lock doesn't latch in cold weather.

I went to learn some new crafts if you will and ran into the most helpful and informative teams i have seen at any of the do it yourself stores. They had all of the items in stock and were thoroughly knowledgeable to make sure i got all i may miss w such a list for my project. I appreciate the Veteran Parking spot on the east end of the parking lot...wish it were 1 row closer to entry door...or consider another by the commercial exit.

We went in to get a few things we thought we needed to repair a chunk of our siding, and thankfully found the most helpful employee! Will was so kind, patient, and thoroughly explained everything we need to do. He also helped us pick out a really useful set of tools at a great price. He truly made us feel so much better and at least somewhat confident :) I can't thank him enough for his time and willingness to help!

I think the title says it all. If you are in the trades and know what you need, you may be ok. If you need help, horrible. I had to ask 6 people to find something. Six people. I will never go here unless I go with an experienced person.

The gentleman at the Pro Desk who helped me load my car was truly incredible, and I will be sending him a Christmas card every year from now on. As we were loading up, I unknowingly dropped something of extreme personal value in the lot. When I got to my destination and realized it was missing, I immediately called the store to see if it had been turned in. Unfortunately, I was hung up on twice. When I returned to the store and asked about it at the customer service desk, a team member said, “Yeah, you called. By the time I got out there, it was gone.” There was no offer to take my number in case it turned up, and I felt dismissed. On my way out, something told me to check with the kind man who had helped me earlier—and sure enough, with a big friendly smile, he held up my bag and said, “Oh, you’re the one!” I’m still kicking myself for not getting his name. I truly hope life brings him joy and kindness every single day. Thank you, sir. You’re a saint.

My father went to buy a lightweight compressor and needed assistance. Not 1 but 2 employees assisted us and went above and beyond to help him find what he needed.

Ash works the front service desk and always does an outstanding job. Someone deserves a raise!

About half the time I actually find something I am looking for. The staff is not helpful. Most act like they don't want to be there and can't be bothered to help a customer find something. Unless you are a contractor and spending big bucks here you are nothing. They do have 2 electric carts for handicapped people like me, but most employees are not even aware of it or where they are. I stumbled across one once and was surprised. I made it a point to find out where they were kept. Good luck if you shop here!

Needed 4 items, all easy to find and available.

The customer service was so bad in all departments for the over $1,000 I spent and opened a new account. I’ll be returning every item I bought to include a Trager grill. Disappointed is an understatement!

Jeff and Mike I believe their names were, they helped us from beginning ing to end! Even helped load door into the truck we rented! Great experience!

Neal and Yanci have been extremely helpful to us during our shopping trips to store 3203! Being from out of town made me nervous about getting my materials ordered and delivered; those two took care of everything and truly made all my trips fun! We need more customer service like theirs!

I have and will continue to drive across town just to go to the Southwest Omaha Home Depot because that store is so much better than the others. Nothing against the other stores but when the bar is set that high it's hard for other stores to keep up. Dang Southwest Omaha why you be setting dat bar so high? Lol.

The pro desk is absolutely no help and should not be called a pro desk. As a contractor we need service to get us in and out of the store with minimal hassle and when we call ahead to the pro desk it doesn't happen anymore like it use to.

On more occasions than not, I find the inventory selections at Home Depot so limited that I do my shopping at other home centers. As a professional handyman, I typically can't get everything I need at Home Depot.
