Salesman was very helpful❤️ this store

We bought a dishwasher and our experience was AWFUL! The employee in the store was fine but their policies and corporate procedures are not customer friendly, just terrible. Do not but an appliance at Home Depot, you may regret it if you do.

Bubba was very patient with me and walked me all over the store to help me get what I needed. He is a true Angel in my eyes.

My wife and I purchased a fridge, microwave, stove and dishwasher at this location. The fellow who helped us was GREAT!! The guys that installed the new items were very neat and helpful as they explained the product uses to us. They also hauled away our old items. We are completely satisfied!!

We purchased a micro wave, a stove, a fridge and a dishwasher all by Fridgeadaire. The subcontractor who installed the microwave and dishwasher was outstanding. The two guys who installed the stove and fridge were also very good. We are very pleased with our purchases and the installations!!

Had three appointments for a kitchen remodel with Jake Schaben and he literally thought of everything and made excellent suggestions while giving us all the options we wanted.We were able to place our order after only 3 appts and will have the kitchen of our dreams.

This location almost always has what I need in stock, very clean store and plenty of parking. My go to store, I'm usually there at least 5 times a week...you guys might have to put me on payroll!

i am at this location a couple times a week and know the store pretty well. This store is slow at times for getting help and not every employee is knowledgeable on everything but the know who to call and ask. Customer service for online order takes more time than just going getting it yourself. Name brand products and a good price. This means more to me since I know what I need and have looked it up on their app to make sure they have it here.

They usually have what I'm looking for.. the inventory is fantastic

I always have something in mind when I go out looking for plants, especially hanging baskets. This Home Depot almost always has something that matches what I want.

I got exactly what I was looking for

I needed a specific type screw to fit a knob in order to complete a repair on a bifold door. The clerk provided the guidance we needed to find just the right fit.

Today I was just running in to get some material for a project at home, when Mrs.Gail who was just finishing up helping someone with their purchase. Saw me inspecting a pice of dry wall. She jumped at the chance to help.Advising that she could seek out a manager and see about getting a discount on a damaged pice of drywall. This was perfect because I didn’t need much. Mrs.Gail made us feel at home with her warm greeting and helpful smile. She even congratulated my wife and I on our new baby!

I had CJ at 132 and L help me with all of needs. I had questions about some Milwaukee tools and she contacted the Milwaukee guy and further educated me on what was best for the job needed. Thanks CJ

Everyone at this store is so helpful and professional.

I inquired about appliances and windows on my visit. The employees in both areas were eager to help, very knowledgeable about their products and explained their current programs and installation process very well. I left very impressed with their level of professionalism.

We were never Home Depot shoppers… and never will ever be. Worst customer service experience - simply rude! The store app is poorly designed and not worth keeping on my phone.

Staff helped me look for an item, but you did not carry it. This staff member found me in a completely different department to suggest some alternatives I might try at either an office store or a decor store. The staff in the paint department was polite and very knowledgeable. She has helped us in the past, always great,

Was helped by Caleb on January 31st after 6pm. He not only helped me lifting a heavy item from the floor to my cart. He even came out to help load it in my truck.

Employees are very friendly and I’m always greeted when entering and thanked for shopping there when leaving. Store is always super clean and very well stocked. Definitely will be returning for all my items needed.

I recently purchased a large quantity of 2X4’s and requested help with them. Tawni came to help with a smile and a great attitude!

Add an employee that was able to help me out. And I am not a very good home depot shopper, and it was a pleasant experience.
