The product was very easy to find. The location of the requisite parts were easily found and store assistants were very good-natured and responsive. The labeling of the hardware department is spot on and useful in sorting out parts of a project that was in progress. The store is often filled with customers thus verifying that this store carries goods useful to home-improvement and other contractor undertakings. The supply is very consistent and the store clerks are very knowledgeable. It was a pleasant experience.

The store was clean and bathroom was clean. The lumber department pulled my wood and help me out and loaded it and thay wher very friendly .thay also help me get piers

Found the soil amendments I was looking for at a price I thought was fair. Very nice selection of annuals to plant in my container gardens.

I patronize businesses in my hometown and I love the convenience and location of our San Leandro store. Having helpful CS reps on the floor makes the visit a wonderful experience as a simple project do-it-yourselfer.

I recently had my achilles tendon repaired and hobble around in a big, black boot. So many associates offered to help and any of my questions were answered quickly. Everyone was very friendly (they always are) but this last time I had Dante for a cashier and he really made my shopping experience great! He is very friendly, helpful and has the most beautiful smile! I was in such a good mood after my visit. Next time I hope Dante will be cashiering for me!!

The associate in the lumber department was both knowledgeable and helpful. The cashier Dante was very friendly and helpful and took it upon himself to open a register for me when he saw I was behind one of those customers who wait until checkout to figure out their finances and how they're going to pay for their merchandise

employees were more interested in there phones then helping customers, when asked to speak to a manager it took over 25 mins for them to get someone up front.

Carlos was very helpful and made sure I was a satisfied customer. He took the time to show me how to use the pressure washer and has always greeted me with a smile when I return to the store. He and other sales associates and cashiers are the reason why I continue to visit San Leandro Home Depot vs other locations.

I wanted a specific product and asked for help. I waited about quarter an hour before getting the help I needed.

The Store was full of people lots of big cart s the registers where all open and the customers where lined up long. I thought great I will be here for ever. Was considering leaving the item for another time , when I may have some time to wait in long lines. BUT! to my surprise the large lines moved quite fast and rather smoothly. I remember thinking how hard it must be to be a cashier at a home depot store for I witness account bill pay, customer look up account and discounts for several different reasons. With this said I must be honest and say each cashier associate was smiling , polite, friendly, & with all expected job duties one has to preform Very fast. Hats off to these hard working polite individuals. My experience at all home depot s has not been as organized and friendly as the San Leandro Davis St Home Depot . Good shopping experience.

Very satisfied with the help I received in locating the items needed, and the person at the checkout was a very pleasant young man with a big smile for everyone. He looked as though he had the best job in the world. He made me smile. He also asked me for my ID because I was using my credit card, and I thanked him for checking and told him that I appreciated it.
