The beautiful artificial plant looks amazing like a real one!

I live in Oakland, but I shop in San Ramon! They are that consistent and welcoming. My business is highly reliant on their guidance and expertise. Adolph is the man when it comes to customer service!

Love the store for its locale and convenience, but it’s somewhat cluttered with all the mid-aisle items that never used to be there. Wish you would eliminate them.

Sandra in customer service was awesome! She made sure that our large order was correct between in store purchases and delivery so that we can maximize our coupon! We were able to get everything that we needed for the first part of our project in one purchase.

We are remodeling our studio and bought tile, lights, vanity for the bathroom, etc. Out of all 3 people that helped us out. Anthony was the best. He knows a lot and he went above and beyond in helping us out.

This store mostly has what I need to buy, when I can find it. They have cut staff to the bone (like so many others) so it is nearly impossible to find an actual human to ask for directions.

I was very disappointed in having to wait 15 minutes and ask six different people none of which had a key to unlock the cage where the Romax was. Remove these rediculous cages and improve security.
