The beautiful artificial plant looks amazing like a real one!

I live in Oakland, but I shop in San Ramon! They are that consistent and welcoming. My business is highly reliant on their guidance and expertise. Adolph is the man when it comes to customer service!

I was very disappointed in having to wait 15 minutes and ask six different people none of which had a key to unlock the cage where the Romax was. Remove these rediculous cages and improve security.

We went to this HD specifically to purchase carpet. We had to wait 1/2 hour to be helped…the carpet guy was on break and no other associates had the knowledge needed about the product. Another couple was waiting as well and they ended up leaving in frustration. Once the carpet salesperson got back he was helpful…and this scheduling issue wasn’t his fault…but customers shouldn’t have to wait 1/2 hour to be helped, at 1PM on a Thursday when the store wasn’t even that busy. I’ve always purchased carpet from Home Depot in the past but next time I will probably go somewhere else… To a dedicated carpet store where I don’t have to wait 1/2 hour for the one sales person to get back from break in order to be helped!

“Third party” solicitors should not walk the aisles interrupting shoppers with their sales pitch that keeps going until you’re forced to be uncomfortably direct in your “not interested”

Going to this store all you hear is “I don't know”

I had a great experience shopping yesterday (8/12/25). The customer pickup was smooth and lots of associates were available on the floor to cheerfully help me find additional items. The check out clerk in the garden department was especially helpful and friendly. This is a major improvement from experiences in year's past.

Unfortunately, the product that I needed was no longer available. The store representative suggested an alternative, but when I purchased and took it home, it did not work.

I stopped in to buy an extension cord with a power surge adapter. The young man at the paint department was very friendly and took the time to walk me over to the aisle they were on, asked what I needed specifically and what it might be for. I explained I had a treadmill that kept tripping the fuse. He helped me locate an extension cord for it and one that wasn’t 16 ft long! He then walked me to the registers and asked if I needed anything further. He was so helpful and customer friendly! Jake is a keeper!

Avoid at all costs. The staff there are not helpful. Not knowledgeable and unhappy. The store itself is in dire condition with multiple safety violations. M

STore was clean, the first 2 employees I saw, neither greeted or lifted their eyes to acknowledge me. The 3rd employee was helping someone so I grabbed that employee and he did give me general directions to where I could check (3 places). Store was clean and appeared well organized so that made it easy.

Too often lines to check out! Big, Big time waster! The parts bins are pathetic. Another time waster sorting through a bin full of the wrong items to see if there are any of the correct things in there! I shop at San Ramon about twice a week and 1 out of every three visits an item I need is not in the bins but there are boxes up above: you need to be more vigilant please and keep things stocked.

I usually shop at the Concord or San Leandro Home Depot. I happened to be in San Ramon and went in to pick up a few things. I immediately noticed how clean and tidy the store was. The two different people I asked for assistance were very cheerful, knew their products and directed me to where the items were. Quite a change from my usual experience in different stores.

I have liked this location. It is relatively well organized with ample parking and good range of product availability.

Hard to find someone to help location and workability of product in electrical dept.

The nature of items people but does not make easy queuing or checkout. I have used them less frequently since this was implemented

The team I dealt with at Home Depot in San Ramon without doubt exceeded my expectations. Berto, whom I found out after a while is the Store Manager, greeted me kindly and helped me with purchasing a Weber griddle. He didn't pass me off to someone else, he took the time to share his knowledge. Additionally, he acknowledged my military service which was appreciated. Just a professional, kind, thoughtful person. I'd be remiss if I also didn't mention Ron and Ronda from customer service. Ron helped my get the delivery scheduled without issue and had a great personality. In short, a great, great team at the San Ramon Home Depot!

I frequently shop at this location, especially the curbside pick up is very fast and efficient. Highly recommend the store.

San Ramon is a great store. All the employees are super helpful, knowledgeable and nice.

On two recent visits was approached by friendly associates, with offers of assistance, both while selecting product and at checkout.

I have tried over and over again to get my veterran's discount with no success. I even went to customer service and was guaranteed that my discount would be honored in future transactions to no avail. What is the matter with your empty promises for veterans?

My sister and I were shopping for items but did not know what would work to solve our problems. Ryan, in the paint area, was so helpful directing us to areas where we made our decisions on color, etc. And, when we sought him out for more help, he walked us to exactly what we needed. Really appreciated his assistance and positive attitude!
